“Fabulous 2 weeks on Evia”

Beautifully presented property in a quiet peaceful and remote location. Villa was very well equipped with everything you need for a 2 week holiday. Felt secluded private and safe. We loved the pool area and seating and spent many hours around here, moving to the large front balcony in the evening to watch the sunlight fade away. It is close to Nerotrivia village with a small supermarket and fantastic restaurant and also Daphni which has a beautiful sheltered beach and a great restaurant and bar. Politika is 10 mins by car and is a lovely little place with a few restaurants all along the beach front. We loved it here and will definitely be back at some point.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The pool was a great addition and very useful, especially on hot days. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is peaceful and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and well-equipped place to stay.

“Perfect place for real Greek holiday”

We spent the perfect holiday here. The house is big contain two bathrooms so not a problem for big groups - we were 7. The location is perfect for those who like privacy - the road ends in Dafni, meaning no many cars are passing. We did really enjoy the view, it’s spectacular. If you like hiking, there are multiple options, just check the map and explore 😀 Facilities are great, there is everything you need, from washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron… like at home 😀 The host was very friendly, came and showed everything.

Gorgeous comfortable villa set in beautifully maintained garden. It truly is stunning! The beds are comfortable & the outdoor areas relaxing. It’s in a remote area which we loved, with great access to Chalkida & surrounding villages. Car is a must.

Everything was perfect, the villa, the views and the facilities the property offers, not to mention the excellent hospitality of the hosts. The property offers amazing views and a beautiful pool. It is close to the beach and local shops and taverns but a car is a must. We would definitely love to return and would highly recommend staying here.

The house and garden were absolutely beautiful!! It was even far more better than the pictures showed us.

The property is about probably the best house I have ever rented, its is cozy and very well maintained. The owner Vasilis is very helpful and accommodating, gave us tips on the best taverns in area as well as nice places to visit. Every corner of the home and property has been given attention. The salt water pool was a big hit for us, as no chemicals are used. The salt made the water softer and a pleasure to swim in. Air conditioning in most of the rooms, well equipped kitchen. All in all an excellent choice for anyone thinking of visiting.

The view is fantastic. The look and equipment of the house is great, as from the magazine. The pool is good with bio-purification. the yard is maintained and yoga can be practiced in the morning. there is a daphne beach with a fancy cafe and restaurant and a narrow beach, the water is clean and there are natural small springs that go to the sea and beach politics where you can feel the spirit of the locals and restaurants where there is good and cheap food.
