“Exceptional villa with stunning views - Great host”

We stayed at the villa for a big birthday celebration. The first thing we encountered was the exceptional view, as it’s so high on the hillside , we had a full view of Nerja and out to the Mediterranean . The luxury of the villa is out of this world and all bedrooms having their own en-suite luxury bathrooms and great aircon. The host Federico couldn’t have been more helpful, with instructions, directions and recommendations for bars and restaurants locally. He was always available if we needed him and responded immediately to questions etc. There are two local bars within walking distance but you will need to be relatively fit to walk down and back up the hill. The stand out aspect of the villa is the roof top swimming pool which quickly became our main area to relax and sunbathe. The location is ideal for exploring other areas of the costa del sol. When speaking with people about where we were staying, everyone knew the villa as it is so striking when seen from anywhere in the area. We loved it so much much we’re looking to stay again in 2027.

“Wonderful villa”

What a beautiful villa was spotless and the views were amazing. Frederick and his family were there for everything and his sister took us shopping. Taxi were great and not too expensive to get in and out of town. We had a wonderful time. Treat yourself to a visit

Our stay at Villa Tierra in Nerja was absolutely exceptional! The house is huge, beautiful, and very comfortable – in reality it makes an even bigger impression than in the photos. The biggest highlight is the rooftop pool – this place is simply magical. Swimming with such an incredible view will stay with us for a long time. The house is located on top of a hill, so from the living room, which is glassed on three sides, and from the terrace you can admire spectacular views of both the mountains and the sea at the same time. The sunrises and sunsets were impressive every single day 😀 We were travelling as a group of four with our six-month-old granddaughter, and the downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom was a great option for us 💪 We had a separate entrance to the house and to the garage, which gave us comfort and a real sense of privacy. It’s an ideal place for people looking for peace and beautiful landscapes. We spent a wonderful time there and would happily come back again. We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful villa at the top of a big hill, with views to die for. Cracking location and a modern, spacious, luxury apartment with 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suites and various places to relax or hang out and an amazing roof top, with a great pool and dining area. Simply perfect.

The property is just fabulous, feels like luxury. The view was incredible, you could spend all day taking it in. All bedroom en-suite and lots of space for everyone to relax. Lovely pool area.

The modern, spacious villa, the amazing rooftop pool, the spectacular views, the great location and the excellent host - made our whole experience wonderful. The host was great at communication, met us to show us around the villa and provided us with helpful information. The villa is up a steep road (hence the amazing views) but we knew that when we booked it - so a car is really essential. It’s close enough to Nerja centre (shops, old town etc) and all the beaches.

Federico met us to take us to the property, show us round and give us the keys. The villa is situated outside of the town and has stunning views of the valley, the town and the beach below. Ideally you need your own transport as it's a 10 minute drive into town. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within a 15 minute walk from the villa but it is a walk down and then a walk back up. Federico was very helpful, recommending good places and eat and visit. He was easy to contact and communicate with. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed the roof top pool, the use of the table tennis table and felt at home.

This is a place for the truly demanding guest. From the vast space it offers, through the modernly equipped and very clean interiors, to the incredible views from each of the huge sliding windows and the magnificent large rooftop infinity pool. A huge thank you to the owner, Federico, for creating an atmosphere of care for his guests while providing a sense of absolute privacy. I've been traveling for many years and consider myself a very demanding guest, so I wholeheartedly give this property the highest possible rating and recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation destination where they will feel truly exceptional.

We had an unforgettable family holiday at this beautiful villa in Spain! The property exceeded all our expectations. The multiple terraces offered stunning panoramic views over the Andalusian coast, allowing us to enjoy different perspectives of the sea and mountains throughout the day. We spent hours soaking in the breathtaking scenery, especially during sunset – truly a magical experience! The villa itself was incredibly luxurious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The modern kitchen was a delight to use, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The stylish decor and spacious bedrooms were beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. For our family, one of the best features was the entertainment area on the ground floor. We had a great time playing billiards and table tennis outside, making it the perfect spot for friendly competitions and spending quality time together. The outdoor pool area was another highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak up the sunshine. The various living spaces inside and out offered plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from the host. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive while maintaining a very discreet presence. He was always available when needed but gave us complete privacy to enjoy our holiday. His quick responses and warm demeanor made us feel very welcome, and we truly appreciated his efforts to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with charming coastal towns and beaches just a short drive away. Despite being close to local attractions, the villa offered complete privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for our family. We can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a true gem in Andalusia, and we would love to come back again!

Our host, Fede, welcomed us and shared all the tips and recommendations. Really friendly and very responsive. He was extremely helpful when we struggled to order taxi the first time and he also offered to book a transfer taxi back to the airport. We felt very well hosted and taken care of! The Villa is located in a stunning location with a great view on the mountains, Nerja and the sea. You will never forget these views! The place is very spacious and even bigger than what you can see on the pictures. All the rooms are well distributed and very comfortable. The pool space was my personal favourite! Amazing view, clean water and great privacy.
