Amazing villa for our group of 5 friends. Comfortable beds in cool rooms and a great outdoor space. Walking distance into the centre and to the beach with local bars and shops just minutes away. Lovely pool too.

Location, pool, cleanliness , facilities

It had a great outside area. Plenty of room inside with comfy beds. The two upstairs bathrooms had modern walk-in showers (not on the photos) It also had Aircon and heaters depending on the weather. It also was in a good location.

Property is lovely , very clean fantastic location . Pool and garden great space , lots of room for a family we were 7 with 2 small children . Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook Toys for the pool , lots of sun beds Would recommend

The host was fantastic always answered any questions I had immediately. The Villa is fabulous and an excellent location walking distance to everything. There is a supermarket beside the Villa where you can get all your grocery needs. Would defo recommend this Villa to anyone going to Nerja. Will defo return again. Thanks Dory.

Wonderful home, perfectly located for Nerja town. Very spacious, spotlessly clean with all amenities, very comfortable indeed. Pool and garden areas with lots of seating and sun beds very pretty gardens and well maintained. All bedrooms well furnished and roomy. Kitchen has everything ! Exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved it! It was our Home from home and will definitely return.

“Perfect family stay”

We had a wonderful visit to Villa Eden. Dory couldn’t be anymore accommodating for our family and made sure we had the most comfortable stay. The villa is spotless with every amenity needed. The pool area is perfect with lots of space and plenty of shaded areas. I couldn’t recommend enough.

“Gem of a villa in beautiful Nerja”

What a find! This villa is a small walk to the beach / shops / supermarkets / restaurants however once you shut the gate you honestly feel like nothing is around being so private and peaceful! The house is huge, we was a family of 9 and none of us felt like we were on top of each other with a big kitchen, great size bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! - air con in every bedroom - plenty of utensils in the kitchen - multiple dining tables outside and 1 inside - great size pool with steps in the pool to get in - plenty of sunbeds - beach equipment like parasols to use - secure gate to access property I could go on but the place was amazing! And even better the place is managed by the lovely Dory! She is very kind, funny and attentive! Super quick with replies and checked in to make sure we were okay throughout the holiday!

“Perfect, central location with amazing outdoor space for a group”

Big villa and fantastic outdoor space. Everything clean and tidy on arrival and great communication from the host. Perfect location to walk down to Burriana Beach or into town. Supermarket up the road, 2 mins walk.

The villa was spacious comfortable spotless and the pool was a perfect size. Excellent location close to beach shops and restaurants.

The villa was so well equipped with plenty of space to accommodate our family. We found more than enough utensils and pans etc in the kitchen which allowed us to cook on the odd occasion. The air conditioning was a bonus and a necessity. Towels and bedding were changed regularly for us.The outside areas allowed us to sit comfortably around the pool and there was plenty of space for a little girl to perfect her gymnastic routine.
