The apartment was the perfect location for our stay in Nerja. Steps away from a small less populated beach, still central to all the touristy bits but away from the crowds. Quiet and peaceful with space to relax. Excellent amenities!! And the owner Patrick was attentive, easy to communicate with and so helpful! Cannot recommend this place enough!

The communication with Patrick was excellent, he was very helpful and always available. Location was excellent, close to beach, old part of town and with an ocean view. Bed was comfy and the living area and kitchen had all we needed.

Very bright apartment with a sea view. The apartment was very clean and in a nice secure building. There were some extra kitchen items of good quality. Comfy bed, with nice linens and lots of hanging space, a little terrace at the back which was very secluded for hanging washing or in hot weather sunbathing, tiny Juliet balcony at front. On a great walking street. Lots of parking easily available, near some good restaurants

Location was excellent. A few minutes walk to the old town in one direction and a few minutes in the other direction to the main beach. Our Host allowed us to check in early and stay on later when we were leaving.

Location is excellent. Shop with all you need within 100 metres. Beaches are across the road. Main pedestrian area within 5 minute walk. No noise at night. Apartment was fully equipped with two tv's with all Irish and British channels. Air conditioning and heating in living area and bedroom.

We loved the location & wonderful sea view & amazing sunset views. Patrick was so helpful, we had a small issue with the shower head & he replaced it immediately. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was fantastic for all our needs. It is in a perfect position for the beach and town centre. The apartment was super clean and we were allowed in a few hours earlier which really helped us. Patrick was a great host who was very helpful and informative . We had a minor issue with A/C but after a phone call all was instantly corrected. Our experience was great and we intend to holiday again in Nerja next year and we will certainly hope to book this apartment again. Thank you again Patrick for your assistance during our stay. We had a great time.

An exceptional apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is clean, well appointed and has all the facilities that you would require for a comfortable stay. It is located about a ten minute stroll along a pedestrianised walkway to the Balcony of Europe, the main square and the heart of Nerja in one direction and a similar walk to the main Burriana beach in the other direction. The area around the apartment is very quiet and has some fantastic restaurants. I would also say that the host, Patrick, was absolutely brilliant. he was always on hand to respond immediately and comprehensively to any questions we had.
