Location was excellent, with a beautiful walk along the beach into town. The villa easily slept six people in very comfy beds, and the whole place felt fresh, clean and cool even without air conditioning in the heat. The pool was immaculate, and the pool table was a great touch. Both the linked master bedroom balcony and the roof terrace were stunning, and the villa worked really well for hosting a medium-sized group. One small suggestion would be to make even more of a feature of the roof terrace. The views are stunning, and we actually took some sunbeds up there and spent a lot of time enjoying the space. A little extra comfy seating up there would make it even better, but that’s only a tiny detail in what was a fantastic stay.

Simple to use lockbox to get into the property. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities for a busy family of 5. The pool was a blessing in the wonderful weather, with plenty of sun loungers a pool table and a table tennis table. Inside had a really comfortable couch, Smart TV with Netflix and the air con works really well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans for breakfasts . Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, It's about 2km outside Nerja and on the level as Punta Lara can get hilly. You can walk in pretty easily, grab a taxi €8 or use the local buses. Plenty of off street parking for the hire car. I would go again in a heartbeat

Great property, as a family of 5 we had plenty of room in the house and the outside area is great for eating meals outdoors and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, and the quiet location within walking distance of Nerja town. One minor issue we had was quickly solved by sending Laura a message. We would happily recommend this property and might return in future *****

As advertised a beautiful well equipped little villa , the property is perfect for a small group the pool is clean.The villa is 7 minute walk from the beach there also a mini market on route. Lidl is a 5 minute drive. You can get the bus into Nerja town for 1 euro , the bus stop is 5 mins from property. I would highly recommend this villa for families and small groups.

The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Near to other properties but no noise. It was an unusual layout with loads of space. The outdoor area is exceptional

Brilliant location, bus stop right outside 2 mins walk.The villa is beautiful and well equipped, the pool was a little cold as we were there in April but it didn't stop the children. The views are also amazing. Great location! Loved it

Great location, €7 taxi to Nerja Town centre, bus stop also near property. House itself was spacious and clean with all the facilities you could want. Pool area was great for the kids. Pool itself was a great size for 2 small children. Would definitely stay here again.
