“Didn’t end up being a quiet place to have a holiday”

House was in a good location and there was a bus a few mins walk away which left you into the centre of Nerja

It has excellent amenities. Fantastic location and super helpful & responsive host. We enjoyed very much staying here

“Home from home in a perfect setting!”

The villa was a real home being fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a really good family holiday. The view from the terrace was wonderful and coffee out there first thing was a great way to start the day! the beds were really comfy and it was a real bonus to have several English speaking channels as well as Netflix on the big tv in the lounge! The fab views mean the villa is up a hill but we strolled down to the beach most days and when you come back you've the pool waiting for you to cool off! There are local bars and restaurants nearby but the town is a very short car ride away or 25 minutes walk along the beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking to stay just outside Nerja in superb surroundings!

The property was immaculate and in a perfect location. We hired a car from Malagacar.com (excellent stress free service) and arrived to the beautiful terrace which was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed for our 9 days. Lidl/Aldi/Mercado supermarkets a short drive from the property. A small supermarket within walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants. We walked into town from the property along the beach and back home on several occasions. I would definitely recommend a car but manageable without. Regular contact from Katina before we arrived and throughout our stay ensuring we were happy with everything.

Super villa. Well equipped and very comfortable and really nice outdoor space. Air con also worked very well. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

Everything about Balcon Bella Vista is great , the villa is beautiful and very well equipped, views are stunning, easy bus route into town but also local restaurants all around. Local shop a walk away. Would love to visit again .
