“Great place and great location”

Everything was well. Super clean apartment, nice staff, and she was so quick to respond to our texts. She allowed us to check in early, which reduced the headache of staying outside on a hot day. After check-out, she also allowed us to leave our luggage in safe storage. Location was very close to Everything. Having elevator was a big plus.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and comfortable, the location is the best I've stayed in Nerja before, will recommend this to my family and friends. We arrived very late on our first night but was able to gain access. Next morning we meet up with Leticia and was able to check-in and get usefull information on the resort. Definitely will hope to re-book on our next visit.

Perfect location - 2 min walk to The Balcony de Europa /cafes/bars /shops. Spoilt for choice! Entrance on a quiet pedestrian street - and a great little balcony (we were on 2nd floor) to sit and watch the world go by!. Great roof terrace with sun loungers too. There was also a lift which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent shower/ bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very spacious( 1 bed apt) and modern with a comfy sofa and table to sit and eat. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality appliances and crockery etc. Plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers in the bedroom and great comfy beds. Leticia (the host) made contact after booking was confirmed and her communication could not be faulted! She met up with us to make sure everything was okay and she is genuinely a lovely lady! Nothing was too much trouble for her - she was available for anything we might need. She arranged taxi transport for arriving and departure which was excellent - great drivers /comfy vehicles and on time. Well worth thinking about if you need transport. We would definitely return ! Highly recommended!

Great location in the old town, roof top terrace, balcony overlooking the street, bedroom at the back so nice and quiet, quick and efficient handover.

Lovely studio apartment with very well equipped kitchen. spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a good shower, two large wardrobes and a comfortable living area with english tv channels. Leticia, the host, ws very friiendly and helpful giving us lots of infoirmatio on the area and showing us the best place to park. The location was perfect on a pedestrianised street, close to many good restaurants, bars, shops and the lovely Balcon de Europa. Nerja is a vvery attactive town with many pretty streets, a beautiful coastline and a number of great beaches. we will definitely return.

Apartment spotless the shower was excellent with very good pressure. Loved the roof terrace very clean with good sunbeds and umbrella's, the shower on terrace is very welcome when you need to cool down. You could not find better location, everything very close to hand. Host Leticia was very friendly, and gave us a very warm welcome. We had a problem with our phone, and could not believe how quickly & efficiently Leticia dealt with it. Will be back again for 3rd time.

“A gem of an apartment in the best location.”

We stayed for 3 weeks in a studio apartment. It had air conditioning and heating. It was situated right in the heart of everything. Shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep including a fresh bakery and little boutiques. The Balcon was literally a few minutes walk away, as was the Plaza. We absolutely loved our stay and embraced the Spanish way of life. We people watched from the lovely balcony and the rooftop terrace was a sanctuary to us where we would relax on lovely sun loungers. It also had table and chairs and sun umbrellas. There was also a washing machine and small clothes line which came in handy. You could hear the church bells which made it magical and could see the sea through a gap on the buildings and the beautiful mountains behind. Letitia the host was fabulous and arranged our airport transfers, gave us a map etc., and was a phonecall away for any queries. We left our Grandsons present in the Tapas bar next door on the night before we left and she kindly collected it and shipped it over which we are now waiting to receive any day now. The building itself was immaculate and we had our key to get in and out the main building door as well as our apartment. The apartment was minimalistic, bright and airy and well equipped for our stay with a new small fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. We cooked in it on a couple of occasions and used the hob to fry bacon and eggs etc., for breakfast. The lounge area had a comfortable sofa and lots of TV channels including English. It had several apps and Netflix were also available on the TV. There was a small dining table which was adequate for 2 people. Separated by large built in wardrobes was the sleeping area, It was 2 single beds pushed together but we slept comfortably and there was a choice of soft and harder pillows. We were provided with clean bedding, towels, tea towel and bin bags weekly. The bathroom had a powerful shower which was lovely.

Excellent location, appartment was spotless and Leticia the host was very helpful. The appartment is 20 yards from the main square and nearest beach. I would highly recommend this appartment.
