“Excellent apartment”

The apartment was very spacious and it had everything you needed for your stay. The bus stop was just outside and it runs every hour on the half hour, supermarket was on site and the prices are extremely good. I would recommend and we will definitely return

“Spacious apartment with pools. Not keen on location”

Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Enormous balcony. Well kept gardens. Towels and tea towel and kitchen cloth changed after 2 days. Nice locals bar just up the road.

The terrace that I had did capture some of the sun for this time of the year, I noticed neighbouring apartment did not. Towels were changed halfway through the week, which I did appreciate.

Lovely apartment, huge balcony with good view, spacious, fully equipped, good location. Supermarket next door and opposite.

Location is good, the pool is open longer than in most other urbanisations around that area. It was clean. The staff were quick to respond when there was a problem (but they are not always there).

“Highly recommended”

We liked the quiet and peaceful location of the apartments. It was a gentle walk of about 20 minutes to the main restaurants and bars in the central part of Nerja. There were other places a lot closer but we loved the vibe in the centre.The development is very well maintained and clean. The apartment was comfortable, with plenty of space and a useful kitchen area. The two supermarkets nearby are great, but we preferred Mercadona over Carrefour. Finally the reception staff were lovely and friendly.

The apartment pretty much matched our expectations,we didn't encounter any surprises during our stay.The location at the eastern end of Nerja wasn't a problem to us,everything was within walking distance.Two large Supermarkets on the doorstep,several bars nearby,the beach was 15mins walk down hill.The staff were very helpful and approachable.

Lovely apartment, easy access, pool bar is a bonus and food & drinks were lovely and great value, definitely recommend

“Lovely quiet apartment”

We are a couple in our late 50s, who have visited Nerja 5 times over recent years. This was our first time in Las Rosas, and it will not be our lasts. The apartment was spotless on arrival and well equipped, it had a great outlook, close to local bars and supermarkets. The pool areas were really clean and well cared for. The staff we met could not have been more pleasant or helpful It's a longish, but downhill walk to Burriana or Nerja and a quick bus or taxi ride back. Great experience and highly recommended

“Good value and close to central Nerja”

Stayed in a basic 2 bed apartment, got what I expected for the price paid. It was very clean and we had a large balcony over looking the athletic track with and side view of one of the pools. You can the sea in the distance. Easy check in/out from a lock box which thankfully came with a map to find your room quickly. The gardens were very lovely and tidy. The pools and areas around were clean. We did not use the outdoor bar area as it was limited opening times (probably due to end of the season) You can walk to Burriana beach 15 mins and there are a few places to eat. Ideal for the 25 mins walk to the Balcony of Europe. I would stay again, kids loved it. Next to a supermarket. Free easy parking at the side gates.

Great girls’ getaway! Had a great time away with the girls! The apartment was lovely and spotless when we arrived. It was advertised as a two-bedroom but turned out to be one bedroom with a sofa bed — luckily, the sofa bed was really comfy, so it wasn’t a big issue. Would’ve been nice to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom or hallway, though! The only disappointment was that the pool bar was closed for three days we were there open on last day Apparently, if there’s a chance of rain, they don’t open, which was a bit of a shame. Thankfully, there’s a little shop just around the corner for drinks and snacks. The pool was full of flys so no chance of a swim The area itself is really nice, just a bit of a way out from the main town — about a 20-minute walk or around €8 in a taxi. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back for another relaxing break!
