Have stayed on previous occasions ,it's residential so room sizes are generous ,delightful lower terrace and huge roof terrace ,both with amazing views of med and mountains. Jeffery the manager very helpful and accommodating, good WiFi, a good selection of UK TV channels should you require them ,as the apartment is elevated, in winter there is sun on roof terrace until 5pm, a real bonus

Apartment was as described, clean,basic but had everything you need. View and roof terrace are an added bonus.

The location was great, close to a supermarket and a sports bar. The main centre is a 10 min walk away. The place was clean and had everything you needed like a oven etc plus the rooftop balcony was excellent with views of the sea and Nerja. I had a great stay and will be booking again. Also owner was very responsive I thought I had a issue with the oven and he came round straight away.

Good location, walking distance to the town centre and 5 min walk from a Carrafour supermarket. The pool is well maintained. No issues with any neighbours. Air conditioning works really well - the most comfortable sleep in Spain I’ve had in a while. The host was very accommodating and allowed us a late check out.

Spacious property with good views in good location. Large sun terrace. Furniture adequate. Airy bedrooms. Linen good. Washing machine good. Good TV reception & had a range of British channels. Contact with host to fix piping was prompt.

Large 2 bedroom apartment ,2 terraces with amazing views of the med and mountains south east facing for morning sunshine ,benefit of the very large roof terrace for all day sun up to 5-6 pm even in February .being an urbanisation the apartment rooms are large ,marble floors in most rooms , good fibre broadband TV including main UK channels .Good range of appliances in kitchen apartment at end of block so very little neighbour noise

Lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely views. Fabulous host, our flight was delayed so the shops were closed when we arrived, I messaged and asked for bread and milk and they were there when we arrived.

Great apartment, really good space and facilities. Kitchen well equipped. We were very comfortable and happy with the location. Would of been a 10 if not for the smoking neighbour

Clean,spacious apartment. Swimming pool in lovely, well maintained grounds. Large balcony with great views. Close to the vibrant resort of Nerja with its lively bars and excellent restaurants. We were lucky to visit at the time of the Feria.

Very clean appartment with excellent view. Nice people who answers very quickly and so friendly.

The Views were super. The Apartment had everything needed.

“Dirty water leak in kitchen”

There was an intermittent leak of dirty water into the kitchen. It went on the microwave oven, hob and floor. They came to fix it Saturday morning but when we returned there was water everywhere and the bowls to catch some of the water were still in place. When I complained and asked for a refund because we had paid for facilities that couldn't be used, they claimed to have fixed the leak. But they didn't tell us and left the mess in place, making the kitchen unusable. This spoiled our weekend.

The location of the apartment was great, within easy reach to the beach and the mountains. The roof terrace was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Nice balcony and view. Cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful with the few problems we had on arrival and also when we got locked out due to door closing shut when a gust of wind shut the door with our key in the lock
