Wonderful host Maria, very warm and welcoming attitude. The house is amazing and has all the amenities you could need. Highly recommended!

The place is roomy, nicely decorated with a real personal touch and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the excellent views from both terraces. Our host Maria made it super easy for us to check in and out despite our last minute booking and made sure we had everything we might need during our stay. The location is well suited for people willing to do a bit of driving during their holidays. You can find shops and cafes a couple of minutes away, some very good beaches like Tripotamos within 5-10 min drive and some excellent ones less than 30 min away.

“The perfect stay”

Everything was perfect! You are alone with no neighbours and you have the most perfect view of the sea. It was quiet and lovely, very cosy. There was very good wifi, aircon and tv in every room, dishwasher and washing machine. There was everything you needed for the perfect stay. There is supermarket nearby also the beach is on walking distance. Maria was an absolutely amazing host. She welcomed us with warmth and made sure we felt good there. Thank you, Maria! We definitely will visit again!

The house is incredibly well-kept and secluded, but everything is nearby: a supermarket, beaches to choose from (I highly recommend “Maui” beach, a 3-minute drive). The kitchen is not inside the house and it’s gorgeous! I would say it's brilliant. And the old oven in which you can make fish or meat is just a fairy tale! We were on vacation with three children and they were on the veranda almost all the time. The owner is a very nice woman and was always in touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this house if you are looking for peace and quiet two steps away from everything :)

Villa Joehll is the best place you can stay in Neos Marmaras. Maria is very friendly and warmly welcoming host. In the villa you have everything you may need for your perfect stay - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen with all supplies, grand terrace with a stunning view, barbecue and washing machine, placed outside of the house. The whole space is perfectly cleaned and arranged with some peaces of art, which are handmade by the owner Maria. All this compliments your ideal vacation place!

Excellent location in an olive tree garden, just above the Paradisos beach with exceptional sea view . The property is above the main road , which stays hidden from the terrace and does not spoil the view. The house is built on the basis of an old stone house, which stone walls are beautifully incorporated into the new building. Artistic interior. Two bedrooms on the second floor. (Excellent for 4 member family like us, you have additional bed dawnstairs) One bathroom on the first floor -fully functional. You can actually use the outside shower which is behind the house - of note -it’s completely open -air - excellent choice after return from the beach. The oven is outside in a dedicated kitchen corner, well equipped. You have virtually everything to your disposal, including various type of coffee making equipment. T Nearest beach - Paradisos- just 5 min. The beach itself is very narrow and cannot serve as your main beach for the entire holiday but it’s excellent choice for a second/afternoon beach session and at sunset time. Neos Marmaras main beach for me is the best in the region, you need car for that (5-7min drive) Dining/restaurants : three or four taverns at Paradisos beach, 5-7min walk away from the villa, You may choose to walk to Neos Marmaras port , where there are more taverns(25 min walk). Have in mind the walk from the villa to the main village include 200 meters walk on an unprotected part of the main road, which is not pleasant. Definitely recommend the neighbour Paradisos surroundings. The host was very welcoming and as sunny as the weather in summer Greece (thanks, Maria😀)

“Amazing stay”

Our vacation was amazing! We fell in love with the view, cooking in the kitchen on the terrace and the sunset dinners were amazing! Our daughter (3 years old) also had a lot of fun, we put a small inflatable pool on the terrace and spent the afternoons there while we were lounging on the sunbeds (they are not shown on the photos but there are 4 and were extremely clean and conformable) . There is a beach 3 minutes away with very clear water and few stones. There was also a wonderful restaurant with very good prices (for 25 euros we ate 3 for lunch + coffee and water), they also offer sunbeds with an umbrella for 10 euros consumption for the whole day, and they also have a children's playground in the shade 😊 

An amazing house, with all the comforts and breathtaking view. For the first time, the place is much better than the photos. The place is quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. There are wonderful beaches and restaurants nearby. Maria is very responsive host. We definitely will come back. Highly recommended!

“Relaxing stay, amazing place”

Everything was beyond expectations. The place looks great, exactly like in the pictures. There are no other houses next to it so you have all the privacy you may need. We loved the outside shower where we could clean ourselves and not bring sand into the house. The Paradisos beach is really close, lovely beach, not too crowded. There are a few places where you can eat close by and if that's not enough there's always Neos Marmaras with plenty of choices.

The place is very well thought out. It has the necessary level of air conditioning even outside on the porch. Due to its somehow secluded location on a hill, the road is a dirt one, but we haven't any problems with a standard car. The view is very beautiful both on the porch and on the balcony on the second floor. The place was clean, and they changed the towels and sheets regularly. The host lady was very cooperative, friendly, and kind.

“Really lovely stay :)”

The place is so cosy, very clean and everything is done with such attention to the little details. Maria is an amazing host, such a delicate and sunny person and always ready to help if needed. The view is just mesmerizing and so peaceful to watch as well.. perfect start of the day.. :) Also, the house is 3 minutes away from I would say one of the beautiful (and not so overcrowded) beaches in the region. We would definitely love to go back and would recommend Maria’s house to our friends as well!
