A beautiful and clean place to relax and stay in Neos Marmaras, from my experience so far the best accommodation I have experienced. The hosts are hospitable and kind to the point that we received gifts from them. We will definitely visit Sunshine Apartments again.

“Superb holiday stay”
Location: the apartment is in the centre of Marmaras. Apartment: Spotless clean. Facilities: room well equipped with all necessities. Bonus: little gift from the premises.

“Nice and clean place in the center”
Two enormous beds, a huge terrace. Clean and pleasant, everything needed for a comfort stay provided, host very responsive. Nive location right in the heart of the city.

“Beautifully clean!”
Our stay was excellent! The accommodation was impeccably clean – we received fresh towels every day, the beds were made, the trash was taken out regularly, and the floors were vacuumed and mopped. You could really feel the care for cleanliness and guest comfort. The hosts are elderly, but incredibly kind and warm. Although we didn’t communicate much, their positive energy was truly felt. As a welcome gesture, our daughter received a toy upon arrival, and when we were leaving, we were given a small token of appreciation – which meant a lot to us. Overall, I sincerely recommend this accommodation! You will feel comfortable, well taken care of, and truly appreciated as a guest.

Mr Stavros, the owner, is very polite and helpful and always there when you need him. The room was very clean and comfortable. The premise is right in center of the main square.

“Very pleased with our stay!”
Everything was perfect! It was very clean, the staff are frendly, they were cleaning the apartment every two days, changing the sheets and towels. The location is very close to the promenade, restaurants and shops. parking was also not an isue as we were there at the end of the season. All in all everything was perfect and we are very pleased!

The property was absolutely perfect, very close to the centre . There are restaurants nearby also. The view from the top was magical. The host was very hospitable and nice. I recommend with two hands.

The property was super clean, the host was amazing and waited for us until 3am to check in which was amazing as our flight was delayed a lot. The place was cleaned daily with new towels which was also great for an apartment
