“A Perfect Stay with Stunning sunsets”

We had a wonderful time at this villa! The view over the bay is absolutely breathtaking, and the outdoor area is where we spent most of our time—relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun on the very comfortable sunbeds. The interior may not be luxurious, but it is thoughtfully designed and fully functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made our experience special was the owner’s family—so warm, welcoming, and respectful. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and it was a pleasure to treat their beautiful property with the same care they showed us. We would happily return and can’t wait for our next visit!

Location was brilliant and the view stunning. Hosts provided enough bottled water for the week which was very helpful and did a full clean halfway through the stay.

The owner was lovely and very relaxed. We appreciated the goodies on arrival. We have never received that before. Nothing was too much trouble. A gate was installed off the main patio at our request as a safety measure for our 3 yr old. We loved the section and the pool. Our Grandchildren had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 families with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, both up and down. All rooms had screens and access to a patio. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cutlery and crockery and a dishwasher. We enjoyed stunning sunset views. The beaches and town of Neo Marmaras are 10 minutes drive away, the supermarkets are 5 minutes drive.

The house was lovely and had a very good layout for 2 families staying together. It felt spacious and was kept clean and felt modern. The outside space was the best, the pool area was perfect and the views and the sunsets were spectacular!

Everything was great. The location with a beautiful view. Relaxing and quite place surrounded by olive trees. The house is very clean and spacious. The pool in wonderful and big, very comfortable sunbeds. We were welcome by Mr. Freddy and his wife that took care of the house. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet Nikos the owner of the house who was so kind and hospitable. Beautiful garden and a very nice shower outside 😍 👌. We will sure come back again. Thank you very much for the care 😊

We had a great time at Sithonian Villa, Nikos was very responsive and welcoming. The view from the villa is just amazing and the sunsets are unforgettable. We would love to come back again!

Spectacular spot with a great pool and fantastic view. Perched on the hilltop above Neos Marmaras, the Sithonian Villa was a great spot for relaxation and exploring the Sithonian peninsula. Nikos met us on arrival (patiently waiting for us). He was friendly, welcoming and responsive - an overall exceptional host. He gave us a care package of essentials - drinks, wine, coffee and snacks. It was nice to stay in a real family house, not "rental standard" property. Freddy, the local handyman, handled the couple of routine maintenance/repair issues fast and efficiently. The pool was very well maintained, nice and warm, and great for swimming. We loved the villa and hope to come back.
