The location was excellent, very near a beautiful beach. The centre of Neos Marmaras can be easily reached on foot in about 15 min.

Room is clean and well equipt. Very modern design. Is really close to the beach and the restaurants in Paradisos. Accomodation has access to a little garden with grill and kitchen. Cleaning is done every 3 day. Hosts are very friendly.

“Everything was great”
The location of the hotel was great, very close to the sea. The beach is great, you can find restaurants and cafes. We were greeted with a smile, the owner lady speaks Turkish. The room was clean and large. There were plenty of towels, plates and kitchen utensils.

“Beautiful place”
Great place to stay. Very good equipt and clean apartment. You have acces to beautiful garden and 1 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area with many shops and restaurant around. Very very very nice and helpful host Sofia thank you very much.

The position of the hotel is perfect, very close to the beach. It is clean and everything in the room is new. The lady is very kind and responsive! Our room had a beautiful terrace looking to the back garden.
