We had a great stay at Naias. The accommodation was just as described, but for us, it was even better than expected, mainly because of the professional service and warm hospitality. When we made the reservation, we requested that the third bed be a regular bed instead of a sofa, as specified in the room description. The hosts responded immediately and confirmed that our request would be fulfilled, which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent. There’s free parking nearby, and you can also park right on the street in front of the building. It’s easy to drive out of Neos Marmaras if you want to explore more distant beaches. At the same time, the town center and the nearest beaches are just a few minutes away — either by car or on foot. Getting back on foot was also quick and easy, as the nearby streets are not very steep. One of the best things about the location is the constant breeze — we kept the windows open and never had to use the air conditioning.

The hotel is close to the city center, the room was very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. We liked the view from the balcony - you could see the city and there was also parțial sea view. Also, we came by car and even though the hill over there is steep, we parked nearby so everything was fine.

The hosts were very friendly and polite. The room was super clean and it had everything you need. They clean the room every day and change the sheets. The location is perfect, 3 min from the main street. It doesn’t have parking but you can park everywhere you want around and has plenty of spaces. Overall we liked the place a lot and recommend it!

Everything was great, very friendly staff and host. Location is great, there is a free parking very close to the apartment; and if there is no room there, you can park on the street. The place is very clean, there is a lady that cleans every day and changes the towels and sheets - exceptional. Very comfortable, they met all our needs. We will definitely come back!

Appartment was clean, spacious and well located! Staff was super friendly and helpfull.

The room was very clean and nice, with a nice view. We had breakfast at their restaurant, not far away: very good. Although it was full season and a lot of tourists in Neos Marmaras, we've always found a parking spot near the building. The bathroom, pretty small, but really clean and nice renovated.

The room was very big and had everything you would need. There was a small kitchen where you can make your coffee and a nice balcony. The bed was also comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed regularly. You can park on the street for free, we always managed to find space even on the busiest days. There are also two free parkings nearby. The host was also very nice and always ready to help. There is no reception- when you arrive you will see the phone number written on the entrance and you will have to call.

Perfect location, just a few steps and you are in the center. Great view from our large balcony (the apartment was for 5 people), always clean, great hosts.

The staff is very friendly, location is very close to the shops, restaurants and tourist area.

The hotel manager/owner was great, he gave good suggestions for restuarants in the area and was very friendly - you could tell he really cared about his property. The room itself was more than 2 stars in my opinion but the amenities at the hotel was lacking thus the low star rating. If you dont need a pool or a restuarant at the hotel then the room itself is very good and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the room is very good. There are enough ingredients in the small kitchen in the room to prepare food. Cleanliness was pretty good.

Everything was perfect. The host was kind, communicated well, and provided helpful suggestions on places to visit. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a huge terrace.
