We really enjoyed our vacation. The rooms are clean, the bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, you have everything you need, the internet works great, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Neos Marmaras is a wonderful place with wonderful people. We enjoyed every second of our vacation, and we highly recommend this place to everyone.

Katerina is an amazing person! Until now, we have not met such a warm attitude anywhere else! We felt like we were visiting my sister! The place is spotlessly clean! Our room and bathroom were large enough and very nicely furnished. The house is in a very strategic location within walking distance from the center, but you can't hear the noise! There is free parking right next to the house. Thank you Katerina for your hospitality, for what an amazing person you are. You remain in the hearts!

The apartment is ideal for vacation: spacious, own garden, cleaned daily and ... everything new. But the most important plus is Katerina from whom you can find out the most important details regarding the beaches, taverns and anything you could want regarding Neos Marmaras. Thank you Katerina! The area is quiet and the accomodation is near a free parking area. The host, Katerina, is very kind, helpful, and with an eye for the details! The room was spotless (cleaned every day) and the sheets were changed every 2 days. Comfortable bed and pillows, new and well maintained furniture, new AC, and a balcony with a table, two chairs, and an umbrella. A great place where I will definitely come back to! “Everything was just perfect with that place”

The lady who welcomed us was very kind. She recommended us very good places to eat and to visit. The studio was extremely clean. The host was cleaning it every day, even though we told her that it wasn`t necessary to do it so often. We had a small kitchen, where we could cook and we also had a very pleasant terrace. It was clean, a good quiet location with easy parking, the room was a good size and was clean and modern, the balcony was nice and had a lovely view over the town and some washing lines for towels etc. and Katerina was a very good and friendly host.

Comfortable stay, near beach and centre. Kind staff and very clean room.

The aprtment was very clean, every second day towels were changed. Location is good, there was free parking oposite of the apartment and it is near walking area. The view from balcony is very nice. The host Katerina is so polite and nice person, you can ask her for recomendation relation to tasty food, open market, nice beaches...

“It was amazing! My family and I are definitely coming back next year”

The room was exactly what we were looking for as it was close to the city center, clean and with a small kitchen perfect fitted for making breakfast. There are a lot of parking spots available in the area and we had no issue with parking. It is located next to a less steep road leading to the city center and it was not that difficult to climb back to the room. (If you don't know Neos Marmaras has some very very steep roads) The wifi was really good and helpful, especially cause the phone signal was really bad in the town. We really liked it and for sure we would choose it again if we visit the town.
