Nice room with big balcony and beautiful sea view, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well equiped. Very kind hosts.

“Authentic pretty apartments with magnificent view”

The house is an open, heartful safe space with a magnificent view on the sea and harbor - it is very authentic and calm and you fell rather at home than as a guest. It has all essentials needed: little kitchen corner, a very nice shower (good for après long beach days🌞), a good bed and spacious terrace. Manos is the good soul of the house, always helpful, very easy in communication, quick in reply, cordial and just cool. I‘ve traveled a lot in Greece, alone and with partners, and have seen many sort of appartements, and I would any time come back here.

An extremely hospitable and supportive host. He was even kind enough to bring medication and drinks to my room when I had food poisoning and offered us a room change at no extra charge as a service.

The accommodation was very tidy and clean, with one of the most beautiful sea views. You can enjoy the sunset directly from the apartment. There is also an espresso coffee machine available. The apartment is cleaned every two days, with towels changed during cleaning. The kitchen and the whole apartment are fully equipped with everything you might need. The only small downside is that the apartment is located a bit uphill, but there are stairs that lead directly to the center and it takes only about 5 minutes on foot. Thanks to this location, the view of the sea is absolutely stunning, so it’s definitely worth it. The host, Manos, was extremely kind and always ready to help, giving great recommendations for the best beaches and other necessities. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with two bottles of wine (red and white) and two bottles of water, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

There was a lovely outdoor terrace with a dining area and some plants. The bathroom was modern, clean, and comfortable.

The best place to be in Neos Marmaras and with the best view in town! The host Manos is a wonderful person, always there to help and give advice. The hotel is located near the center and the street is very comfortable for parking. The rooms are clean, spacious, the beds are comfortable. The best place to be!

Perfect location, away from city noise. With beautiful view. Clean and spacious rooms, awesome bathroom, WIFI was also excellent. Host was very easy to talk to and welcoming.

Location, outside city center noise but close enough (10 min walk) as to enjoy every evening. Room/balcony view one of the best in Neos Marmaras. Morning coffe or evening glass of wine fits perfect with the panoramic image of the sea and town. Room facillities more than enough to enjoy your stay.
