“Great hospitality and comfortable room”
Lovely family run accommodation with excellent decor throughout, and with rooms fitted out very thoughtfully for their guests. Location is also excellent for food and drink in Neos Marmaras. Would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the property. Woman came everyday to clean the room, throw out garbage, make a bed, clean bathroom and every second day to change sheets and towels. Location is in the center, 2 min walk from the main street and maybe 15 mins from beach. Hosts are wery nice, comunicative. Parking lot isn’t right where the property is, you need to leave your car in the near free parking, but hosts made exception for me because I am pregnant and gave us parking in their neighbour parking and we are so thankful for that.

An accommodation that left us with a very good impression, starting with the hotel's location near the port, a sociable and helpful family, they helped us check in early so that our little girl could sleep at lunchtime. The breakfast was very good, our junior suite room was very nice, with the electric vertical blinds very good for sleeping, the bed with a firm mattress, the cleaning done every day, much above the average of other hotels in Greece that I have been to! Very nice staff, I liked them as people! Regarding parking, there are enough places on the street next to the hotel! It was a stay above expectations at this hotel!

“Simply Lovely”
Simply everything, location is great, staff makes you feel at home, breakfast is fantastic. Room is very comfortable and cozy. Balcony of our room had a good view and made me spend time there. If I'll go Neos Marmaras again, Sweet Home will be the first place to look for. Strongly recommend!!!

“Very nice”
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. Hotel was very close to the city center. The room was nice. Bathroom was very small but it’s okay. The breakfast was good and enough.

The hotel is very cozy and perfectly located in the heart of Neos Marmaras. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

“Wonderful”
Perfect location. Only 3-4 minutes by walking distance to center of Nea Marmaras. Quite clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Breakfast is very good. Feta, yellow cheese, ham, turkey, egg, pastry, olive, tomato, cucumber, corn flakes, jam, honey, fruit, juices are served. Owner family is wonderful people. I highly recommend this hotel to visitors.

Really lovely place. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every other day. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and fresh, and every day they change it a bit. It is mostly a quiet street and the sound between rooms seems to be very well insulated (or we were just lucky to have quiet neighbors? :) We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.
