The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Even though there was a power outage throughout the area, the hotel still had electricity thanks to its generator. Since it is a family-run business, it had a warm and personal atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Hotel Papagalos was simply perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff was always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The bar stays open until late at night, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. One evening, a storm caused a power outage throughout the entire area, but fortunately, this was one of the few hotels equipped with a backup generator, so we were able to continue enjoying our evening. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Neos Marmaras, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach just a short walk away. The views from the hotel are absolutely spectacular. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Andreas was always available to help, gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and restaurants, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kindness and positive energy made us feel more like friends than visitors. To be honest, I've never felt so at home while being so far away from home. I highly recommend this location and hope to be back soon.

Papagalos is the best. It's the 3rd time that we have come back to Neos Marmaras, and we chose this nice and cosy hotel. Everything is perfect. Breathtaking view, nice room, central position, nice and friendly people. Since the first time, Andreas and his lovely family have been the best guests ever, for us, it feels like home, among friends!

Very good location, clean and comfortable apartment.

The hotel is very well placed near port closed to the center and port.The most important beach is 15 minutes by walking. Andreas and his sister, were very helpfull always smilying and having an solution for everything.. The hotel is very clean. Our room was very nice. Thank you for all.

A wonderful experience with this accommodation. I sincerely recommend staying at the hotel! It is located right in the city center, just by the sea, in the best location in town. The room is clean, spacious enough, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. For the host and hotel staff, I have nothing but praise – extremely kind and friendly. Every day, the cleaners cleaned the room, changed the bedding, and provided fresh towels. All in all, a big recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners were very nice, friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was prettily designed, meticulously clean and incredibly cozy. Parking was never an issue, as there were always spots available at the port nearby. The location was excellent, close to everything! We highly recommend this hotel!
