“A relaxing stay with excellent hospitality—we would gladly come back.”
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Areti. The location is great—very close to Neos Marmaras, but quiet enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also loved the spacious balcony in our sea-view room and the complimentary treats left for guests. The sea right in front of the hotel is nice, and having sunbeds reserved for hotel guests was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience. If we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here.

“Lovely relaxing stay we enjoyed much”
Clean and nice rooms. Beautiful garden. Staff were very friendly. Even though we ware the first guests for the season we had everything needed! The view from our terrace was amazing.

“Location, staff, great value!”
Location is amazing, right on the beach, clean beach and water. You have an umbrella and sunbeds there from the hotel. Staff is super nice. There is a huge convenient parking and a yard for kids to play and parents have their coffee. There is a bar offering snacks and drinks, if you want to grab sometbing to eat without going out to a restaurant. There is a good taverna a couple of steps down the beach. Beds were huge and comfortable, nice terrace and view to the beach.

Everything was great. Very clean, has its own beach with crystal clear water, good food with affordable prices, staff was super friendly and the location is great for resting and relaxing on the beach just 5 steps away. Highly recommend!

Very clean and very nice stuff!!! Breakfast was good, facilities were amazing very new and cleaned regurarly. Most of the rooms are facing the sea and have an amazing view.

It was my first time in neon marmaras. Hotel location is great. Hotel has free parking area for customers more than enough. Have an amazing garden and sea is just in front of you. You have free sun-bed and umbrella at beach. Sea is perfect. Already miss this magical place. Room was very clean and big. Hotel stuff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel bar and restaurant was great. Food was delicious.Special thanks to Panos and other super nice ladies who work in the beach bar. Hotel’s location is also very good. 10 mins walking to city center. I went few times to neon marmaras city center by car and I easily found free parking places. I highly recommend Areti! Will definately come back again this summer.

Great location, fabulous staff! We loved Areti hotel, all staff were so friendly! Free sunbeds, bar service on the beach. Very good cocktails, delicious breakfast! Walk to lovely Tavernas for lunch or dinner. 15 min walk to the village Neos Marmaras, another lot of great Tavernas and wander around the shops. Highly recommend Areti Hotel! Thank you for a lovely 5night stay!

Everything you need, big room and balcony with seaside view, beach bar, large parking lot, sunbeds included for the hotel's customers. Also I will mention the breakfast which had a lot of choices at least compared to what I've experienced in Greece in the past.

“Exceptional”
We have stayed in this hotel for second time. This time few days longer then previous year and it was great again. This year staff is even better. They all are polite, friendly and helpful, but the greatest professional among them is Magda who is working in the bar.

“Perfect for a family vacation!”
Everything was great! Great location with the beach just in front of your sight! Nice green premises - very clean and comfortable! The hosts were really nice and friendly!
