Located 700 metres from the sandy beach of Neos Marmaras, Egeon Studios offers air-conditioned studios with free Wi-Fi and balcony partial sea view. The village centre is 50 metres away. The studio is amazing, perfectly clean and comfortable. It's pretty close to the beach and the centre. There is a beautiful roof terrace with the sea view. We are so delighted with everything and we definitely recommend it! Our host Elena is such a lovely person! She welcomed us so warmly and she was always there for us. Živka and Dejan

“Our stay at Egeon studios was wonderful and I would highly recommend it!”
The room was clean and comfortable, it had all the utilities necessary for a comfortable stay, even additional nice complimentary amenities. The beds were great, sheets and towels changed daily. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Our host was so easygoing and kind, very hospitable. Everything was within reach from the building, however, keep in mind that Neos Marmaras is a hilly place.

Eleni, the host, is amazing. She has little surprises for her guests, especially children, which is great. Her place is very clean, close to the center and very comfortable. It is decorated with very nice, showing her personal touch. I can honestly say that there ia nothing missing or wrong with the apartment. We had a great time and cannot to be back. Thank you Eleni for everything!

Amazing property, close to the center and beaches. Quiet during night time but still close to everything. The owner is super nice and will go out of her way to make u feel at home. Amazing terrace/roof available at all times. I couldnt find one bad thing about this stay.

Helena is an extremely kind host who thinks of all the details, starting from all the necessities in the apartment to the wonderful terrace on the roof of the building. An ideal place for a vacation, far enough from the city crowd, and yet the city center can be reached very quickly on foot.

Everything was wonderful! The room was cleaned everyday, there was everything for personal hygiene, the center is very close, the wifi work perfectly everywhere. The most amazing from this studio was the terrace-rooftop with a beautiful view of the city and thе best sunsets. The owner was very kind ,here at any time for everything.

Everything was perfect. Our room had a sea view which was nice, on top of the building there is a terrace with even a nicer view of the sea and Neos Marmaras port. Free parking is available. The room was very clean, the thrash was taken out daily. Overall the propriety is very well taken care of. The lady owner was super nice, always positive, she does a great job at keeping thing neat and tidy. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely choose to stay at Egeon studios again.
