“Wonderful stay”

The hotel was wonderful—extremely well maintained and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely visit again.

We spent a wonderful week at Botanica. Stelios Is an Amazing guest, very kind and available. The location Is right in front of the see and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets. We will come back.

The location was fine, the room is cleaned every 2 days. The room is a bit small but is ok for the purpose of sleeping there .

Great quadruple room with amazing sea view especially at sunset. 3 mins away from the beach and still quiet and not on the Main Street Private parking was very convenient Kitchen corner with all basic equipment available for anything you may need to cook quickly Big balcony with a table and chairs Elevator available which is essential when travelling with a little baby and a stroller Great cleaning staff, the ladies were very patient and kind Overall great experience

I liked that the hotel is new. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel itself has a very good design. Close to Paradisos beach. There is also a supermarket nearby.

I liked the stay we had on this property. The kitchen had all you need to prepare a dinner or a breakfast (fridge,stove, plates..) The bedroom had a good and comfortable bed with a big wardrobe. The bathroom also was good. We also enjoyed our breakfasts and evening on the balcony which was big and with a table. The towels and bed accessories were changed one times in 2 days. Very near the Paradisos beach which was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience at Botanica Luxury Suites. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The location was perfect – very close to the beach and just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Neos Marmaras, which made everything super convenient. One of our favorite parts was the spacious balcony – it was such a pleasant and peaceful spot to sit and relax, especially in the evenings. There’s also a big, spacious parking area right next to the apartments, which made coming and going extremely easy – a big plus, especially in the summer season. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting, ideal for a relaxing holiday, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the stay, which was another great bonus. Botanica Luxury Suites exceeded our expectations , and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Nice, modern accomodation close to the beach”

The building is quite new, the rooms are modern. The furnishment is nice and practical. Cleaning is very good and efficient. Rooms are good sized, our bathroom did not have windows (some had). Receptionist was helpful and kind.

Rooms are comfortable and big. Cleanliness was perfect - at every 2 days they changed the bed linen and cleaned entire room and the terrace. People from the staff was smiling and friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommended this place.
