On our first day of accommodation, unfortunately, there was no internet service in the room we were in. We explained how important internet was for us as we work remotely. Later, the room was changed and internet was only available on the balcony. An hour after we checked in, I was informed that we had to pay for one night, even though I told the manager that we wanted to leave the facility for this reason. This approach was very annoying. Since it was not cancelled, we had to stay for 4 days, albeit unwillingly. The construction noises next door were also quite disturbing. (especially starting early) Finally, the towels in the room were incredibly hard.

We stayed for 10 nights and it was pure pleasure. Our apartment was number 1 (ground floor) with two spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a very decent bathroom. Both rooms are en-suite, very nice and comfortable. The cleanness was outstanding, they changed the sheets, towels and even the kitchen towel every third day. In the kitchen there is a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary dishes. There is a garden in front of the apartment so you can drink coffee and have breakfast in a beautiful environment. The nights are very quiet and peaceful, sometimes you can hear the cars from the main road behind the house, but if you close the window, you can't hear anything. Both windows and doors have mosquito protection, I even saw the cleaning lady spray ant spray (just in case) so you don't have to worry about them either. 6 parking spaces with a canvas roof at the back of the house and enough space in front of the garden. At the foothills nearby is a camp with its own cafe, restaurant, small market and tennis and basketball courts. Entrance is free for residents of Athanasia Studio. The house is about 5 minutes by car from Neos Marmaras and 20-30 minutes from Nikiti. Also, it is very easy to reach all other small places like Porto Karas, Toroni, Kalamitsi or Vorvourou, Sarti on the other side. The full square around Sithonia is 2 hours so you can get to any beach you want. The hosts are very kind and friendly, they gave us a gift when we left, which is their practice for all guests. My rating is 10/10 and I totally recommend it!

Had a very nice stay here. Comfortable and clean and great value for money! Highly recommend if you come by car.
