The cleanliness and housekeeping were outstanding – the room was tidied up every day, trash removed, floors mopped, and bed neatly arranged. Towels and bed linen were changed every 5 days, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps down the stairs and you are already on the promenade. Parking was always available in front of the hotel, even though it was on the street, and that was very convenient.

This was probably my favorite stay in Greece so far! We chose Neos Marmaras because we fell in love with Sithonia last year, but we hate the traffic in Nikiti. I had trouble finding a decent place to stay, and then one day this hotel came up and I snatched it! The best decision I made! The location of this accommodation is perfect! It is close to the main road, so you don’t need to drive through Neos to visit the beautiful Sithonian beaches, the large free parking is just two minutes away on foot, and the lower entrance of the hotel is literally a minute away from the center. No climbing, it’s a savior when you come back exhausted and stuffed with delicious tavern food. The interior courtyard of the hotel is so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. As for the services, even though it doesn’t offer typical hotel services, and each room is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, the staff is professional, the rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, they provided clean towels every day and changed our sheets, even did our dishes and threw away the garbage. We were able to relax completely. We booked the double economy, but it was spacious, the bed was big, and most importantly, not the typical wooden bed that Greeks usually offer. Most reviews found the bathroom small, we found it enough with lots of storage for skincare. The AC worked well, the outdoor unit was a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us. The fridge seemed new, there was warm water in the kitchen, too. We couldn’t find the coffee cups but then the lovely lady from the hotel brought them, so if you find anything is missing feel free to ask for it as I’m sure they will provide it. Overall everyone was kind and friendly and I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much! Love from Niš, Serbia. ♥️

Great manager/host, very friendly, gives great tips for anything you need. Bed was good (my wife loved it, I was okay with it but I have back problems anyway, lol), very pet friendly, modern clean bathroom. Cute balcony with the sea view (amazing, only available if you book a room with sea view though!) Strong AC, like really strong. Spacious room also (lots of storage room in the deluxe double room). Eventhoigh the hotel is located on top of the hill in front of the city center, you can easily access the top and avoid "climbing" uphill by using the stairs from the old town center. The hotel also has their own beach club (15 minute walk) in the southern city beach. Nice that you can sit for free, you only pay what you eat/drink. Nice food there.

While the location of this hotel is undeniably excellent, I cannot overlook the numerous issues that marred my stay. It's unfortunate that the prime location was overshadowed by subpar service and other disappointments.

I liked the feeling as it was my home. No one disturbed us. I liked the cleanness, the cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. Another thing that I liked was peace and quiet. The room was spacious and light, and there was a tiny kitchen allowing you to make meals. There was also a balcony, which I enjoyed a lot. Everything about the room was excellent. I would just add one more thing, if there are no reservations, you can extend your stay by paying with cash. I am very pleased with our stay. ^_^

Big enough for a young family of 4. The location was amazing. 2 minutes from the city centre yet quiet at night with no noise to disturb your sleep. Housekeepers made room up daily.
