Everything was great! Nice, new and clean apartment and kind hosts. They also changed bed linens and towels twice in one week. The pool was the cherry on top: beautiful view and always empty!

“Great, clean, and perfect if you are with a car”

The view from the balcony, cleanliness, proximity to the main road, parking with carports (to protect the car from the sun), swimming pool. Flexibility of the owners (we arrived after midnight)

Everything was perfect. It is clean, and with a lot parking space. Location is very good, far from crowd, but still close to everything. 3 minutes drive from city beach, 1 minute drive from supermarket. We enjoyed a lot time spent there.

Everything was perfect. The host is very nice and friendly. All over very clean. Good location and well ecquipped. We have been in Neos Marmaras several times before but so far this was the best. We will definetely come back here..

Very clean, good for the money

There is a parking lot, in Neos Marmaras parking is a problem, so it is very good that you have a parking lot. Sea view, mountain air, clean, peaceful and in just two minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation.

Everything was perfect! The room was super clean and cozy. Furniture was all new and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was an amazing view from the balcony.

A family with a 3 y.o. child here. We have been to Greece 10+ times (7 different islands + bunch of places on the mainland, of which 3 times in Sithonia), and this is by far the worst hotel in Greece we have experienced. Can't believe our experience was so different from other reviews. Booked and pre-paid a room for one week but left after 2 nights as it was horrible. On the positive note and as others described it, the place is indeed clean. Although I'm not sure whether they clean it every second day (didn't stay long enough).

“I like it A LOT!”

The best place we have stayed so far in Sithonia (and this is our 5th time in Sithonia). Very clean, very cosy, with breathtaking view and brand new furniture. We were with our 3 years old twins and they slept ot the twin bed and were playing in the beautiful garden with the swings. There is a kitchen in the room with everything most necessary - pan, plates, glasses, knife, spoons, pots, tiny fridge and electrical stoves. Outside there is a barbecue you can use. Every three days the towels and the sheets are changed and the room was cleaned. There is Wifi and a parking. The place is very close to a big supermarket and to Neos Marmaras.

Built up on a hill, you can hardly hear any sounds of the noisy centre of Marmaras. Modern, fully- equipped, with a great view. Spacious room and balcony We had our room cleaned every two days and of course new bedsheets and towels . As a family of four we had a great time.

The location is great, right at the heart of Sithonia, very close to the best beaches and taverns. A family which is very friendly and helpful runs the facility. The rooms are cleaned every other day, beds are comfortable, kitchen equipments are good enough.

The accomodation and the location were great! The apartment was new and very clean. The sea view was amazing. Excellent choice for vacation. Highly recommended!

The service as well as the hospitality from the side of the owners was incredible.This whole positive image is completed by the special location of the apartments, with a view over Neos Marmaras and Porto Karras.You just feel like home there.Not to forget how clean the apartments and the whole residence are.

Very nice accommodation, a 6 minute drive from the Neos Marmaras promenade and the beach, in a quiet location, just off the main road. Very comfortable beds, mattresses, pillows, towels, everything just great! Ample parking space, and a large Masoutis supermarket just a few minutes away.
