The hotel is in Neos Marmaras, within a very short walk you're in the center. Hotel is very clean and well located also close to the beach. Everyday the room was cleaned with towels and toiletries changed as well. You can always find someone in the reception. Recommended definitely.

Small cosy place with everything you need. Clean rooms with balcony on the pool. Enough space for everyone to relax next to the pool. Delicious European breakfast with addition of Greek specialities.

Perfect location across the road from the beach. Great facilities, very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved is so much that we extended our stay for an extra few nights.

The hotel is situated in a quieter, more secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the noise of the streets. It’s pet-friendly, and dogs are welcome throughout the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping team was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and just a short distance from the central area, where you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores, and more. There’s also ample parking available, both in the front and back of the hotel.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Locating right next to the beach.

Great location in Neos Marmaras and very beautiful place. It is very clean and welcoming for couples and families. It is a great greek experience. The accommodation is situated really close to the beach, maybe max 50 - 70 m distance. Also, there is a big pool you can sit by and enjoy the sun and a drink. The breakfast is very good and diverse and the staff is very funny and friendly. Our family had an amazing time here. We are really happy with our choice and recommend it!

Very comfortable beds, the room was cleaned and stocked with toiletries and bottles of water every day, it is just across the street from the wonderful beach and the pool at night is a special zen

Very clean, very nice host. The room is situated right next to the beach. The pool was also very clean. Every day fresh towels, housekeeping. I truly recommend the location, is one of the best you can find.

Nice and big rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee, beautiful pool area, close to the beach (5 min walk) and to the center (20 min walk), a free parking place ... we had a lovely holiday, thank you very much!

We stayed here after seeing the incredible views online. Our expectations were high because of this, and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast is wonderful. The hosts and services are exceptional. The pool is very relaxing to use each day. The beach is just across the street. This was a great week to park the car and go everywhere by foot.
