“Cozy, clean, tasty breakfasts and perfect location near the beach & places to eat”

The breakfasts were spectacular and very tasty, fresh products and very cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and had an AC, ladies were cleaning the rooms every day. We could use the kitchen and there were plenty of things you can use for cooking and had a lunch or dinner in the garden which was nice and quiet. The house is super close to the beach and restaurants where you can have a great dinner with an amazing sunset. The owners are very friendly and were answering any questions we could have. We liked our stay here the most out of three places we had during our stay. If you like the places with the home vibes then you will value the stay same as we did.

The hosts are extremely welcoming and attentive, the location is verry close to the beach, the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is filling and delicious, the garden is beautifully arranged and pleasant, everything was exceptional.

Petros and Alexandros were very friendly and helpful every time you had questions. We felt very welcomed :) The garden was lovely for breakfast and evenings.

“Perfect location, great hosts!”

Hotel is an old, beautiful, authentic house which and a great garden. There are plenty of restaurants near by. Neos Marmaras town center is in 20 min walking range. Hosts were very friendly. Aleksandros was very attentive even before we arrive in the hotel, anything you need he is there to solve and arrange . Petros is a great man he always come with perfect suggestions about where to go what to see where to eat. All the staff were nice and polite. The breakfast was very sufficient Petros was baking cakes and desserts in daily basis. We are very satisfied and definitely be back soon!

Everything was perfect. It was clean , comfortable , peacefull. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good , few minutes to the beach Everybody was really helpful and they try to do their best to make us feel like at our home. It was a pleasure to meet Petros. Thanks for everything. .

Just wonderful! This place exceeded our expectations. It was more then just a stay, it was a whole experience. This family runs the business with all their heart and you can feel that. I would come back over and over to this location. You have all the facilities you need. Even sailing and other activities if you want can be arranged. Breakfast is amazing with homemade goods from their own garden. Rooms are clean. Service is excelent. The garden there, this smell of pines and flowers is great. They think also about small details, so that your stay there is just perfect.

Such a nice and sweet place. We loved our stay there with our 2 kids. Great restaurant around the corner and we had a bit trio organised by Alters Vita. Highly recommend. It’s a family run place and everyone was super helpful and kind. The breakfast was nothing less than exceptional. New elements each day and great quality produce. Marmalade made from ingredients in the garden, homemade cake every morning. Would definitely recommend and also come back again.

Alterra Vita was the best choice we could make for our holiday this year. The atmosphere was very nice. We had a feeling that we were visiting friends. The house is so beautiful with many thoughtful details. We very much enjoyed delicious breakfast in the garden. The beach is just two minutes away. The hosts made us (including a little dog) feel very welcome.

Very "homey" atmosphere with our host being all the time around ready to help. The house was intelligently transformed into a touristic venue paying close attention to all details. A fantastic garden having a big pine tree in the middle. The breakfast was well-above the average breakfasts you can find in similar Greek hotels. Congrats to Petros, Kelly "The Boss" and all other ladies part of the staff for the excellent work.

The highest recommendation for this appartment! Hosts are very friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast is amazing, made with love, everyday there is something different to try and enjoy. There is a beautiful energy in this house, it makes us feel like we're at our own home and all other guests were nice, polite, smiling.

Very lovely small hotel with a delicious breakfast, and hospitable staff. Green garden with the big pine tree is great for relaxing, rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Owners Kelly and her dad are very helpful with their suggestions for dinner, beaches and seeing around. I'd love to go back if I visit Sithonia again.

“Charming B&B with amazing hosts”

We absolutely loved our stay at Alterra Vita B&B. the property is gorgeous with a beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast at and a patio which we had all to ourselves where we spent our evenings. Maria, Kosta and Petros went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. As I’m allergic to dairy products they arranged special dishes and vegan options for me for breakfast. The area of the B&B is nice, close to really good restaurants/taverns and pretty much next to Paradeisos Beach which offers beautiful sunset view. We recommend a car to discover other beaches though as Paradeisos is just OK (in our opinion) - but there are plenty organized and wild beaches within reasonable distance. we definitely recommend the hotel!

Cosy room, very good breakfast, Maria helped us a lot

The place is wonderful. The garden is very nice. The room was modern, with very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. It is very close to the beach and to several good restaurants/taverns. We really highly appreciate the breakfast, which was very tasty, especially Mr. Petros's cakes and homemade jams. The staff is very kind and helpful. We love everything and for sure will be back :) . And many thanks for the gift - a delicious jar with mandarin jam.
