Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location was very peaceful – yet conveniently close to shops, the town center, and stunning beaches, especially the one in Porto Koufo. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to that every morning was a true highlight of our stay. The host was fantastic – always available for any questions, although everything was so perfect that we only reached out for some helpful tips on what to visit. My friends and I had an amazing time here and we will definitely come back!

“Lovely place, perfect location and a dream view!”
We really enjoyed our stay, everything was amazing and Stavros was very welcoming and helpfull from day 1. Location was perfect for us, family of 5. Very secluded, yet close to everything. The view is a dream! It takes 5-10 min drive to Neos Marmaras, as well to some of the nicest beaches on this side of Sithonia. The flat itself is more than comfortable, it has everything you need and there is a common washing machine that we used couple of times. Cleaning personell comes on the 4th day and cleans everything, change the sheets and towels. Thank you for a lovely stay Stavros!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was big and very nice with everything inside that you need. Near by was beach which was nice and calm. The host was very nice and friendly. I really recommend this place.

The host (Stavros) is a very nice guy,he helped us a lot with recommendations and with early check in (we drove over the night so having the accommodation earlier was a nice surprise for us). I really loved that we could rest : it was comfortable, silent and we had black out curtains.

Very cosy, well decorated, soft beds and coushions, suplies, with modern equipment, a sens of seclusion and a beautifull view. All one can wish for. We found it excellent!

“Tranquil stay”
Comfortable villa in the middle of nature. Every floor had balcony/private garden with sitting area and view. Spacious rooms, everything clean, lots of kitchenware. There was a very useful brochure with information about places to visit for tourists that we used during all of our stay.
