“Gorgeous romantic getaway which felt far away from the crowds but not too far at all in a car!”
The villa was well looked after, clean, and chic. The view from the bed was amazing! We loved sitting in the garden and listening to the silence and the birds. Also, great touch having a plancha and outdoor cooking set up which was really cool. The bed - super comfy and the shower, was bliss!

“A wonderful stay with great hospitality, beautiful views, and the perfect location”
Our stay at Alterra Vita was magical! We were a couple traveling with our dog, and the room was excellent, well-equipped, and offered a wonderful view. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Neos Marmaras. The hosts treated us very kindly, provided everything we needed, and communication was smooth. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year once the pool is ready!

If you are a couple looking for a peaceful and romantic place, this is the choice you have to make at Sithonia. Yes, a car is a must, but other than that, you won't regret it. All the "party" stuff like bars, restaurants, shops, etc. are 10 mins away by car. Countless beautiful beaches are within 5 to 30 mins. The villa itself is wonderful and you would dispose with everything you can think of. You will enjoy a spectacular view which is even better if you mount to Parthenonas which is less than 1km away.

“Sweet silence and contemplation.”
The location is spectacular. The way they configured the space gives the impresion you are both inside and outside. For a couple, the place is magic. You easily spend days just looking at the sea and nearby nature. We also visited Parthenonas Village, that is about 10 minutes of walking. It was great. P.S. it is pet friendly.
