We have stayed in Neos Marmaras before so knew the location - it worked perfectly for us. Quiet, with a great view and yet close enough to town, beaches, shops and restaurants. It is super clean, very well-equipped and thought-through. I can't think of anything we needed and couldn't already find in the flat. Spacious and well arranged, with a separate bedroom and kitchen, dining and lounge area.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. The host is incredibly kind and very welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The view from the room is unreal, truly breathtaking. Every detail, from the apartments themselves to the yard and the overall scenery, is perfectly designed. The accommodation is spotless and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay — including all the kitchen utensils for cooking, a hairdryer, and more. The internet is fast, and there is Wi-Fi even in the yard, so you can sit wherever you like and still have a strong connection. 10000/10!

We had a great stay, looking back i can say our hosts really thought about their guests. We stayed 4 nights and have nothing to complain. The apartment is so nice and so well equipped. We had only one regret, that we did not book more nights. We received so much helpful information from our host and we felt taken care. The access to the property is not that scary, it requires more attention, but we had no problems, even when we came at night. Thank you for our great stay, we plan to return 😊

A perfect blend of Greek hospitality and American kindness - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alikon. Effie made us feel welcome even before we arrived and this did not change till we were waving her goodbye. Our wonderful hosts made sure the accommodation matches their good spirit. It is spotlessly clean and packed with all amenities one would need for worry free holidays. Beds are super comfy, furniture and appliances are new, rooms are tastefully decorated and terrace offers splendid views. A nice welcome gift awaited us at arrival and room was cleaned every day. Location is perfect as it is close to Neos Marmaras, yet it is very peaceful and quiet. We definitely plan to come back soon.

Strongly recommed! Comfy new apartments with a beautiful view and a huge garden and vineyards. Location is by the main road in Sitonia on a few minutes to Neos Marmaris. Very friendly and polite hosts.

Everything was perfect on this location: the hosts, Effie and her husband, were extremely nice, helpful from beginning when they welcomed us with wine and cookies, until the last day. House is spotless clean, you have everything you need if you want to prepare something to eat. Bed maitres was very comfortable. The location is perfect: surrounded by green vineyard and olive trees, with beautiful view on the sea that you can enjoy while taking breakfast on the terase or dinner. There are many beaches around where you can go and relax, but you certainly need car. Neos Marmaras is 10 minutes away by car. So, everything was excellent!

Very quiet, surrounded by green. Lovely wine yard on one side, olive trees and green lawns on the other, with a sea view from above the city. Cleaning is daily done and thoroughly. Hosts are beautiful kind of people and really trying their best to help their guests any way they can. (Hi, Effie! ❤️). I found the air conditioning very useful and a good thing that it was one in every room ( just in case).

Alikon is silently located on the hills near Neos Marmaras and the perfect place to be if you really want to relax. With Effie and her staff you get the most carrying and warm-hearted hosts you can imagine. The modern-styled apartments were in absolute perfect shape and offered everey comfort we needed: silent air condition, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and free beach equipment, to name just a few. If you want to sit outside, it is difficult to choose between the overwhelming view at the sea or at the vineyards behind the house. Thank you for everything, dearest Effie!

Hosting staff were very informative. Room was cleaned everyday. It included everything needed. Location is great - close to the town, but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

The cleanest place we ever stayed in! Effie welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment and the area. She also gave us excellent recommendations about activities and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and everything looks new! There is a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony where we could enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The bed was super comfy and perfect for a peaceful night's sleep and the entire area is surrounded by olive trees and a lovely vineyard. We will definitely return!
