Very kind hosts, especially Mrs. Dora. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, well maintained. The location is excellent, the city center is very close and yet far enough to not hear the noise and have relaxed sleep. Peace, quiet, close to the sea, lots of flowers in the garden, we really enjoyed it. Warm recommendations for the Akrotiri hotel.

“Exceptional stay with stunning views!”

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Akrotiri Hotel in Neos Marmaras. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how impeccably clean everything was, it truly exceeded our expectations. The location and view were simply breathtaking. Waking up to those panoramic vistas of the sea and surrounding landscape was one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality added a heartfelt touch to our experience and made us feel right at home. Overall, it was an exceptional experience in every way. We highly recommend Akrotiri Hotel and can’t wait to return!

Arty entrance decorated with exotic plants, perfectly clean, rooms tastefully furnished with proper wooden furniture. Removable mosquito nets at double terrace doors. Large terrace, nexto to the beach and close to centre, perfect!

Host was very friendly and helpful

Great hosts and their authentic hospitality, so beautiful, clean and comfortable room, wonderful big terrasse with seavue and a little charming beach in front of the hotel. It was just the perfect place for us to relax. We enjoyed it so much and will gladly come back soon!

Location, street parking, the quietness of the neighborhood, the view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the hotel, the change of towels and sheets, the surprise breakfast one morning...everything was perfect!

“Enjoyable holiday!”

This boutique hotel was a very nice surprise as it is very clean and nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom small but functional. The staff are very welcoming and warm, they treat everybody like family and actually you may feel like you are in the family. The hotel is a little far from the Neos Marmaras beach, but if you, like us, plan to spend every day on a different beach (and in Sithonia there are plenty to choose from) this will be a very good starting point. The staff treated us with a free breakfast one morning, which was delicious. We chose this hotel as a place to sleep and shower and a base for our daily travels to splendid beaches and we found a place that we will definetely enjoy returning.

The cleanest place I have stayed in. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The room and veranda were spacious and the surrounding space is full of well-cared flowers and plants. The location is very good, close to the center, but still very quite. Highly recommended!

“Perfect choice for exploring Sithonia.”

Perfect location to explore the beaches of Sithonia. With the perfect little golf Beach right below, it makes the a great choice for families who need a swiming spot near by. The room was cleaned spotless every morning and the staff always ready to help. The hotel is in walking distance from the taverns and the town Center, the shops and the marina.

“Clean and green with very nice hosts”

Dora and her staff were aDORAble! Super friendly, helpful, we even were surprised by free breakfast one morning. The room was super clean and spacious (we had a triple room for two) , it was also cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable and the balcony nice for breakfast. The WiFi was good (not enough for working) and the area is quiet with a small beach bay just around the corner. The entrance of the hotel is full of plants and flowers, really beautiful.

The place is very nice, the things that we liked the most were the cleanliness, the hospitality of the hosts, the surprise breakfast, and the overall vibe. The hotel has a mediterranean aspect and it is situated on a beautiful street with sea view. We felt pampered by the hosts and we relaxed.

It is very nice, well maintained and clean hotel. The entrance of it is full of flowers and smells very nice. The room is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. It seems that everything was recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable and I would point out sheets that were of a great quality.

Very cosy and clean hotel. The location is great with a view to the sea. Close to the property there is also a walkway near the sea. The owners were really friendly and nice! There is a beach 15 mins from the property, but if you are looking for the fancy beach bars you need a car or you have to walk 30mins.
