The location is very good, close to the Main Street in Neos Marmaras. The staff is also very friendly, Harris being very helpful when we needed something. You can also park in front of the building if you are lucky to find a spot.

Everything was perfect. The host helped us a lot with our car, because we had a problem with it, showed us a lot of good places nearby, and was always at service. Studio was comfortable, clean. Parking is near, so it's really perfect place to stay in Neos Marmaras.

We arrived around 11 AM and had booked a family room even though we were just two people. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, thanks to the cleaning lady who made an extra effort to prepare the room for us. Harris was extremely kind and helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. He responded very quickly to all our messages and requests through the Booking app. The location offers three parking spots in front of the building, but there is also a larger parking area nearby. It’s very close to the center of the resort, which was super convenient. The room looked exactly like in the pictures—spacious, clean, and with enough storage space for luggage and personal items. The terrace was very generous in size, perfect for having meals or drying clothes. The cleaning lady came every day to take out the trash and replenish toiletries. After two days, she also changed the bed linen and towels, which we really appreciated. The only things we missed were an iron and some newer cutlery. The ones in the drawer had some rust marks and could use an update. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this place!

“Excellent Value for Money in the Heart of Neos Marmaras”
We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Aegean Blue Studios. The room was spacious, clean, and had a charming terrace that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The sheets were changed regularly, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Neos Marmaras, with shops, restaurants, and everything you need just a short walk away. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting the area. Highly recommended! Thank you to Mr. Harris and the others for making our stay so pleasant!
