I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. I didn’t want to leave! The host was so welcoming and generous with giving me lots of suggestions of where to go and eat and things to do in the local area. The apartment was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the back terrace, where I could sit and watch the moon at night. It was really well located, two steps from Neo Itilo beach, and about 15 mins walk from Limeni. Cooking facilities were excellent.

Dimitra is a superb host. She will help you, make you feel comfortable, and give you good advice on how to make the best out of your stay in Neon Oitilon. The position of the apartment is strategic to reach many good beaches in the area. The private parking spot is good added value. The apartment is quite well-maintained with daily cleaning and towel changes. You can always enjoy hot water, and there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room.

The owner (Dimitra) was very helpful and provided us with all the details we needed about Mani Peninsula (in English).Communication went very smoothly with Dimitra via WhatsApp. It was a very clean apartment, and everything was functional. Daily cleaning, and every second day the bedsheets were changed. Our ground floor apartment had a balcony overlooking the sea and a patio with a mountain view. Mosquito nets are available for all windows and doors. Air conditioning in both rooms was very efficient and clean.  Wi-Fi is available, but the signal needs to be improved (maximum 5 Mbs)  On the balcony, patio, and bedroom area, there's a good 5G signal if needed. Fridge & freezer in kitchen is medium size but for us was enough. Parking places are available at no extra charge.

Good location, close to the beach, private parking, clean and comfortable, fully occupied with all the amenities (kitchen, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine and even cleaning equipment and mosquitoes repellent!!) also there was satellite TV and air conditioning in every room. We liked the wooden door and window frames, looked so nice and vintage styled. Apartment’s Wi-Fi Internet was good, that’s very helpful cuz mobile network cell phone reception was very poor. You have to move down to the beach in order to get signal to make a call.

Elezar is a great location and Dimitra a fantastic host. She is extremely kind and responsive and will give insights for your stay. Otylio is a perfect place as you can easily visit Inner, West and North Mani. Then you can come back to rest on the beach and eat at numerous Tavernas. The apartment is very comfortable, super clean, with a super view and a nice working shower (which isn’t always the case)
