The property exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. We especially appreciated the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host also provided beach towels, which was a thoughtful and very useful touch. The estate itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations throughout our stay.

The Stamatiou Estate is an amazing place to stay when visiting Skopelos. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable and made us feel at home. Our only regret is that we spent there only 1 night. Breathtaking view and pure tranquility, access to own small beach with free kayaks provided by the hosts. Unforgettable sunset. Close to some of the best beaches on the island. The family also produces really delicious honey and it was kind gesture to give us a small jar as a present. Highly recommend to buy more from it - you can find it everywhere on the island and it’s yummy

“Our most memorable trip to Skopelos yet.”

Even though this was our 4th trip to Skopelos, this accommodation beats all others we have stayed at hands down! Alexandra the owner is absolutely delightful, so friendly and helpful, and lives on-site too. Her cleaner is adorable, and incredibly hardworking, and always smiling. Her daily room sweeps, garbage bag changes, and regular changing of clean sheets and towels kept our room and bathroom absolutely spotless. The beds are comfy, and there is a good supply of basic kitchen utensils. The layout of the property is stunning, multileveled with gorgeous stone paving and walls, and the landscaping is beautifully maintained and colourful, and includes a shared outside terrace kitchen on a lower level for bbq's and al fresco dining. As it's built down the hillside there are views from every direction, and the luggage lift from the parking area to the studio level below is extremely handy, not just for luggage, but also heavy shopping or paddleboards in our case. There are steps leading down to quite a steep dust track that weaves through olive and fruit trees and ultimately down to the pretty, secluded, almost private soft shingle beach below. There is a storage garage at beach level too with all sorts of beach toys and sun loungers which we are free to use. Alexandra's adorable resident 'stray' cats and their gorgeous kittens were an absolute joy to behold, and play with. They love the attention and really added to the experience making it an authentic home-from-home holiday in the sun. The quiet and tranquility of the whole place is unforgettable..as is the night sky. Neo Klima is about a 20 minute walk away to the shops, restaurants, the beach etc. But it's downhill to town, which means uphill to return home, so be mindful of what you are carrying back..especially in the heat of the day! Highly recommended. We did not want to leave! Thank you so much for hosting us.

We had an amazing stay there. The communication was very easy with the hosts. The place is really nice with an amazing view from the room. The private beach was so nice, with canoe and SUP. The local honey made by the owners was a nice attention for breakfast..We recommend this place !

Luxury lies in authenticity. One of the most beautiful and pleasant accommodations I have ever stayed in. A charming house on a mesmerizing hillside, sloping down to a small, wild and beautiful private beach. Several charming, clean, comfortable and cozy apartments, with breathtaking views. The entire property is immersed in olive, fig, pear, pine trees and bougainvillea. Alexandra and her daughter Anastasia are warm hearted and happy to help, yet there is plenty of privacy for guests. I felt like the writer Papadiamantis (who actually lived and wrote on the neighboring island of Skiathos), and I could see myself staying here for entire 6 more months. Thank you for creating such a unique place to share with guests.

Stamatiou Estate is such a beautiful place to stay! My boyfriend and I spent 10 lovely days there in July this year and we already miss it so much. The staff is impeccable, the location above a little private beach is breathtaking and there' so much silence and privacy but also a bus stop so it is easy to move around the island. We will definitely come back

Very clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, exceptionally kind owners, best views of the sea and the night skies, the cute winding path among olive trees down to the beach, the private beach with clear waters, shade from pine trees, pebbles and sand. The possibility to just take one of the kayaks and go on a mini adventure to explore the nearby wild beaches was a great plus and made our stay special.

Fantastic view from balkony, super beach with minimum people and crystal clear water, spacious parking lot, drinking water from ťap, daily clearing, spacious appartement. There are sunbeds and kayaks available free on the beach.

“A magical hidden gem”

The location is rather magical and perfectly placed a short walk away from Neo Klima. We had the private beach to ourselves some times but with just seven rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. Hours can be lost simply looking at the view.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. We especially loved the private beach and the availability of kayaks for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal - very quiet and private but 15 minutes by walk from Neo Klima where restaurants and supermarkets are located. Perfect spot to discover Skopelos. A special thanks to Alexandra, who was a fantastic host. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for homemade honey and jam. Both were delicious!! View was amazing. Really cool having a private beach. Provided us with honey and jam for breaky which was good too. They cleaned the room during the day which was also a bonus.
