Overview
Within 200 metres from Neo Klima Beach, Sklavos Studios features a blossomed garden and a sun terrace with stone-paved alleys and stone benches. It offers self-catering units with views over the Aegean Sea and the mountain. Opening to a balcony, the air-conditioned studios and apartments of family-run Sklavos have a kitchenette with dining area, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. Each unit is equipped with an iron and a TV. The private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer. Guests can relax at the furnished sun terrace, while younger guests can spend their time at the on-site playground. Stone-built BBQ facilities with pergola and dining table are also available in the garden for al fresco dining. The surrounding area offers a basketball and football court, while in Neo Klima Beach kayak facilities are available. The beaches of Kastani, Milia, Andrines and Panormos all lie within 1.5 km. Glossa Port is located a 15-minute drive from the property, while Skopelos Town and Port are 30 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and free parking is possible on site.

“Relaxing holiday in the best place!!!”
The studio was very clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Ritsa – she was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The accommodation was quiet and well equipped, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and small taverns was also a big plus. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend it!

“Perfect for a family with children”
Perfect with kids. The play area is shaded and has enough to keep kids busy for ages. Meanwhile adults can relax on hammocks etc. Near to the beach and town which includes all necessary services

“Loved the location, setting, room and welcome:)”
The room was well equipped and exceptionally clean. The facilities for children to play and entertain themselves (books, toys, playground) in the beautiful shady garden during the hottest hours was fantastic. Ritsa was a wonderful host. She provides swimming toys to borrow and take to the beach, baked us a cheese pie, gave us homemade jam… Great proximity to 3 beaches on foot, and easy to get around to others by bus.

“Great location, comfortable and welcoming. Recommend”
The location is excellent. A few minutes from this bus stop into Skopelos town and Glossa. A few Minutes walk to Neo Klima beach, Hovolo beach, bakery, supermarket and tavernas Room was clean and welcoming with lovely terrace with view to the sea. Early check in was organised and we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend.

“The most relaxing holiday in the best location”
The location is fantastic, just couple of minutes from a nice beach with turquoise water. I enjoyed very much the fact that Neo Klima and the beach are not crowded and you can really feel the silence and you can enjoy the nature around.The view from the location to the pine tree forest and mountains is just amazing, the place is quite and very relaxing. You get the best for the price, the communication with the hosts is perfect. I would definetly recommend and I hope to come back to this property. Skopelos is amazing :)

A great location, minutes away from the beach and restaurants. A beautiful garden with lemon, olive and apricot trees, outdoor tables and chairs. Parking places also available. The room was very clean and tidy, quiet and shady. Last but not least, the owner is a very kind and helpful person. Thanks a lot, Mrs Ritsa!

“Beautiful place to stay in Neo Klima”
Everything was simply perfect. We shared a two-bedroom apartment for 3 people. It was very comfortable and we had an awesome view from the balcony. Ritsa is an amazing host! Property is very green and very well maintained and very close to the beach.

A nice studio with balcony and an amazing view to the Aegean sea! The room is bright, with one double bed and a single bed, a kitchen( fridge,kitchenware included),a bathroom with toilet. The owner did his best so we can enjoy the holiday.Cleaning everyday,clean towels.Enjoyed the style of the mansion ,a very beautiful garden with trees and flowers. The beach is 2 minutes from the Sklavos Studios.The coastline offers various tours ,diving,exploring etc. The amount of Greek Tavernas with delicious food impress everyone on Skopelos Island.

Lovely clean rooms, well equipped, with plenty of hot water! Excellent location, only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Melia and Kastani, and less than 5 minutes walk from the resort's taverns and bakery! Friendly and helpful hosts!

“Great place to stay in Skopelos”
Great place to stay in Neo Klima. Ritsa is a lovely welcoming host and she can help you arrange all the details to make your holiday unforgettable. She helped me with the rent a car and with the taxi boat from Skiathos. Nice rooms with aircon. Ensuite bathroom in both rooms I rented. They were part of the same apartment Neo klima is closed to many beaches. 30 minutes from main Skopelos town by car. Restaurants and shops are nearby (all are walking distance). There is a small port in Neo Klima and you can arrange a direct taxi boat from Skiathos
