accommodation – we would gladly return We stayed at Nemesis Studios from June 1st to June 9th and left completely satisfied. From the very first moment, we were amazed by the beautiful sea view from the balcony – exactly the kind of place where you enjoy your morning coffee and peaceful evenings watching the sunset. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and everything reflected great care and attention to guests. Special thanks to the hosts – they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, while at the same time fully respecting our privacy, which we truly appreciated. We were also touched by the small thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special – delicious olives, fresh apricots, and the overall warm and friendly atmosphere. For us, Nemesis was exactly the kind of authentic Greek accommodation that stays in your memory and makes you want to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The most amazing place ever. View is breathtaking. Private beach is like paradise. Super super clean!!! Cleaned everyday. Owners are like family- very helpful. I will come back for sure. If you look for peace and private heaven, thats a place for you. Only 10min walk to neo klima. Bas stops in front on place. The sunsets are the best from these balcony. Photos are not showing full beauty!!

Communication with Lia, the host, and her family was very smooth and it made me feel safe, especially that I was travelling on my own. The place is even more beautiful than descibed, and the view is incredible, exactly as you see in the presentation photos. There is access to a small private beach, via a garden and stairs, which is oriented towards the south-west, which means once it hits noon there's no shade unless you bring an umbrella. I was able to borrow a beach umbrella from Nemesis, and this has made the hot days more comfortable. I definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon.

“Peaceful and relaxing with amazing views.”

The location was great. Although it is a little way outside Neo Klima, with a bit of a hill up to the property, we were very happy to take the 10 minute walk in and out to access the facilities in town. This does mean that it’s very peaceful and the views from the property in general and our balcony were fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the storage and equipment we needed for our stay. Access to the nearest beach was down a fairly steep path/steps but well worth the effort as it was usually empty.

Everything was just perfect. Studio with magnificent view, peaceful and quiet, super clean, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful private beach below the house. Parking under the olive trees. Neo Klima village with shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy within the walking distance. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!

A wonderful place to stay with a breathtaking view. It was peaceful and had everything I needed. Lovely and helpful owners. The bus stopped right outside and was regular enough so that I didn’t need a car. The little beach close to the property was beautiful.

The photos don't do this place justice. It's absolutely stunning here. The views out across the ocean and to the town are stunning from the balcony. The studio had everything I needed, comfy bed, lovely hot powerful shower and all the necessary items for cooking. The grounds of this place are beautiful with many interesting areas to walk around that lead down to a little bay beach. It was quiet and peaceful here. Short ride away from town. The hosts were accomodating and friendly and met me on arrival. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful get away.

“Total peace and tranquility”

The private beach is really amazing, especially because it is so secluded compared to other beaches. The view is spectacular. The village next is so nice, has everything you need. We also used the bus most of the time, you just need to plan ahead. We had a lovely week here of total peace, thank you so much.
