“Excellent”

The location was great, next to Hovolo beach, next to tavernas. 5 minutes by car to Kastani Beach, Milia beach. The host, Seniora Maria, is a special person. She is so welcoming and has such a good vibe. Me and my family got attached to her immediately. Some of the days she prepared for us local deserts. The room was very clean, laundry changed at 3/4 days, garbage collected daily.

We had a wonderful stay! Maria and her granddaughter were truly lovely — so warm, kind, and thoughtful. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

I strongly recommend. This is our second time staying here. A family hotel with very kind hosts. We easily communicated with Google translate. A quiet place, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, air conditioning, TV. Possibility to buy fresh fish. In the morning we bought pastries from the bakery nearby. There is a tavern, a bar and a supermarket next to the hotel. The island is beautiful and offers many possibilities - to rent a boat, motorbike, etc. Thank you very much, Maria! Maria Studios was great place for staying, sparkling clean (cleaning every day rooms) , super nice hosts, they are really sweet people, beautiful view. Nea Klima is really great logistic spot for buzzing around the island and is also very peaceful place. I would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at Studios Maria, we have been here a few years ago. We had a lovely stay (we stayed in an upper floor studio), the room was clean and cleaning was done on a daily basis, linens changed every few days. Bathroom is beautifully renovated, parking is available in the courtyard with shadow from the trees. There is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare some snacks or easy meals. Location is in walking distance from the village beach and from beautiful Hovolo beach. Thank you for everything, Ms. Maria, hope to see you again on our next stay in Skopelos and Neo Klima!

Maria and her husband are so lovely we were welcomed with open arms! Everything was very clean and a great location! Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and lovely kitchenette. Lovely balcony to sit and watch sunset. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Close to beach, harbour to hire motor boat from Windboats hire quad bikes, shops and lots of restaurants and bakery. Lovely hosts!

The hosts are very kind and friendly; during our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were very comfortable and cozy, and they were cleaned every day (the bed sheets and towels were changed daily). We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the mountains, the town and the sea. The location itself was perfect: only a few steps from the beach, and also within walking distance of a shop. At the same time, the place was quiet and peaceful.

Maria is amazing, we got a very nice welcoming with her homemade jelly and a nice chat (only Greek but we could understand each other!) :) The rooms are very nice and clean, very well equipped kitchen and new bathrooms.
