“Great accommodation with excellent hosts”

Comfortable, peaceful accomodation in a villa with beatiful garden, close to the beach, restaurants, a bus stop, and a store. The view of the sunset from terrace is one-of-a-kind. Nikki and her husband are wonderful hosts. Nikki let us try local savory cake, local food, and fruit from the garden. We recommed this accommodation to anyone looking to spend a peaceful vacation in the quit town of Neo Klima.

“Excellent stay and warm hospitality.”

The hosts (Ms Nikki and Mr Antonis) were excellent and very friendly. They would offer us figs and plums from their garden and amazing home made treats. They were very kind and would try to respond to any requests we had. We really appreciated the traditional Greek warm hospitality. Although the nearest beach is nothing much, the house is located very close by car to the nicest beaches of the island (10-15 min drive). The house is also walkable distance to very nice fish and meat tavernas and very close to the village square (plateia), where “plateia” taverna is found and the kids can play while we are having dinner. The house is very clean and with all the main facilities needed and with a view to a beautiful and excellently maintained garden. Taking our breakfast in this beautiful garden was something that will keep me going on during the winter months. Thank you to Ms Nikki and Mr Antonis for a wonderful stay. We would love to see you next year again :-)

“Perfect short stay in Skopelos”

We had a great time in Nea Klima in Skopelos. Niki was an amazing host, starting from traditional welcoming Greek sweets, hints what to visit, which beach in the neighbourhood is the best, until our take-off and small presents for takeaway. Apartment was well equipped, with comfy beds and a spacy balcony - overall we had a great vacation and looking forward to come back :)))

My family and I felt for two weeks like what Greeks would call "Leventis" - a word that combines meanings like honorable, noble, respectable, dignified, distinguished and maybe even wealthy in spirit! Peace, views, nature all around, like a garden of Eden where all kinds of fruit grow and create refreshing atmosphere even during the summer heat. Perfect location: Very close to everything (beach, walking paths, port, shop, bakery, grill, restaurant, bus, rent a car, rent a boat) - and yet far enough from anything to truly relax. Family owners give you their heart, but also your space. Children friendly beyond words. On arrival, we were welcomed with homemade lemon sweet and a glass of water - a gesture that brought back memories of my grandparents, who always greeted guests with their own preserves made from white cherries or forest strawberries. It felt like a moment from another time, when life was slower, simpler, and more human - biological, not electrical. Oh yes, we will return here.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as a family of 5 members we fully used 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the vicinity there were beautiful beaches like Holovo, Kastani and Milia with clean azure blue water. The landlady was very nice and hospitable, she offered us local specialties several times. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

“Great owners, great location”

These spacious studios are in a quiet, leafy backwater but just a few minutes' walk from the beach and local shops/tavernas/bars. There is on-site parking. The owners are charming and Niki even made me a calamari dinner one evening! Her husband gave me fruit from the lovely organic orchard that my large balcony overlooked.

“Definitely a place to return next time”

This is a fantastic location, far from crowded and noisy areas, but close to the beach and other nearby interesting places. Our suite was very spacious. It has a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need, where you could have breakfast or lunch. It also has a large garden with trees from which you can grab and eat fruit at your will. It was a great place to stay with my family, from which we could easily visit the best beaches in Skopelos. We also enjoyed the evenings, listening to the night birds singing in the nearby forest.

The property has a good location and Neo klima is nice and calm viklage. The beach is very close and beautifull. Mrs. Niki is very kind snd nice pearson. Our family was verry happy and setisfied to stay at Koromila Villa. 👍😍

It was a wonderful stay🥰❤️❤️❤️Our family was the last one in this season,all the villa was ours.It was great! Nice garden with lemon and plum trees,a lot of space for children,toys and garden furniture fir cozy evenings. The sea is about 5 min from the appartments and there is a nice beach Hovolo with tourquise water.Our host Niki was very nice,appartment was clean and you have everything you need inside. Mrs Niki is an amazing and really caring person who pays attention to detail and tries to satisfy her hosts! We really appreciated everything she provided is and we are greatful of her advice and kindness.
