Very nice environment. Yard is beautiful, with natural shade, organized and also very nice for kids. Good location, next to the beach, close to the other great beaches on the island. The hosts are very friendly and approachable.

The best place that we have ever been in whole Greece. Evaggelia and Dimitris are the best people that you can find in Greece. We did not have a feeling that we rent apartment from them, it was like that we are visiting very close relative. They are cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels regullary. The yard is the best for the kids with a lot of toys. Location is perfect and up to 10 minutes drive from the most beautifull beaches on Skopelos. Surely can say that after this vacation we got friends from Skopelos and we are comming back next year.

“Wonderful Summer Holidays at Evaggelia's Studios”

I and my family had a wonderful time in Evaggelia's place which is just 5 mins walking from the nearest beach. The hospitality and warm attitude of the owners Evaggelia and her husband is remarkable and very appreciated . This nice place has a beautiful big garden which can be used by the guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable ,the kitchen is well equipped. At the evenings you can enjoy the time staring at the sunset over the sea and relax at the balcony having a drink. Neo Klima is a very quiet place with minimal traffic noise and is situated closely to the other beautiful beaches which can be visited.

The hosts are super hospitable - over the top. Everything is super clean, there are toys for kids to play, beautiful garden… Simply awesome. The beach is near, the restaurants around are great…

“Home away from home in Neo Klima”

The apartments are VERY child friendly, with a huge outdoor space freely usable. The space if well equipped for children (swings, slides etc) as well as many toys. We were a large group of 4 families with kids (thanks for your patience :D). Evangellia and Dimitri have been wonderful hosts, they went the extra mile making sure we were having a great time. (They also bought a gift for my wife's birthday and Evangellia prepared a delicious pudding for my sick daughter). The apartments are quite spacious with everything needed and they were cleaned daily but what I really like was the outdoor space, with a barbecue a cooker and a big table for all of us to sit and eat in the evening while the kids were playing. Thanks for everything, we really enjoyed our stay.

Evaggelia and Dimitris are the perfect hosts: they welcome you with a great smile and they always try to help you. They make you feel at home. The location is perfect, with a beautiful open park. Evaggelia daily cleans everything.

The place was beautiful with a wonderful garden and a very confortable apartment. The garden was fully equiped (2 private tables to eat outside, one for each side of the building, playground for kids, a very nice common space with a big table and amaca). The apartment was fully furnised as well and super clean. The hosts were extremly nice.

Family friendly group of studios, very clean and nice environment, lots of toys for the kids to play. The studio is next to a quiet nice beach, very close to the village and near some of the best Skopelos beaches.

“Great for a successful family vacation”

The hotel is located in the very cute village of Neo klima, next to the beautiful beach of Hovolo. The studios are super well equipped (coffee machine, toaster, big fridge, cutlery etc..), with a terrace at the front and back, both with a table and chairs. The owner put a lot of effort in the decoration which is very warm and Cody. Children can play in a beautiful garden (which is an orchard) with loads of games/toys to play with (ideal for small kids) The family running the place are both welcoming and helpful but discrete at the same time. You can find taverns to eat as well as supermarkets nearby. Super happy of our stay, I recommend it highly!
