“The perfect place to stay in Skopelos”

Just the perfect place to stay in Skopelos, quiet, in the centre of the village of Neo Klima, among light-hearted locals and cats. There is plenty of space to park, the beach is at 8 minutes walking distance, there are restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and minimarkets all around. The house is cleaned every day, from upstairs you can see the pine mountains behind. But the real pearl of the place is Katerina, with her entusiasm and goodwill. Very informed about the island, she gave us great tips for our visits (such as the right time to arrive for visiting, or beaches/places less known to the majority of turists). She even has a map of the island behind her desk and gives a geography lesson to anyone. But then, she speaks really about evertything, from politics to economics, from history to culture, being also informed on news in Greece and worldwide. In a nutshell, she makes you feel at home without being invasive, and at the end of the journey you feel you've earned a new friend. And you would never return back from where you came.

“Quiet and relax in Neo klima”

We stayed in a comfortable and very clean room, well insonorized, with a small kitchenette for simple meals and a cozy balcony. Katerina is extremely nice and accommodating, provided really useful advice on where to go in Skopelos! Neo Klima is a quiet town with a beautiful beach and transparent water. Very recommended!

That was more than we expected, the place is quiet, just a bruit from the bike several times a day, Wonderful place to leave the car, no charge. Room had it's own balcony with a table and comfortable chairs. Beds were good, bathroom was good, with everything one can need during summer months. For air-condition did not ask extra money, Katherina was very helpful and was cleaning rooms and the garden every day. All the house looks as it is just renovated. We really had no complains. Just don't go there if you like disco, cafes with music. That is not place for night life.

The studio was on the ground floor and we had our own court yard with tables and chairs where we could relax and eat breakfast and enjoy drinks in the evenings. It was perfect in every way, fantastic location and very clean and comfortable.

The position of the property was in a quiet area and we’ve had a nice stay. Katerina was helping us from day one till the last minute. She explained how to get to the other side of the island, where we could hire a car and where is a nice restaurant. We were very pleased. Thank you

Amazing host, very nice and clean room, excellent location in a cute neighbourhood very close to the beach and far from the noise. The village has all you need and is very authentic.

Studio was clean & tiidy.Everything was there what we needed .Host Katerina is lovely lady,she gave us many useful information about local amenities,shops, restaurants etc.and about all island.We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dafni Studios. Kate was such a friendly host and always there to better our experience. The room was very tidy. We loved eating on the balcony.

The studio is near to the marina and the beach. There is a Sunset bar on the beach where you can watch the beautiful sunset. The room was spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen. Katerina is a very nice, friendly woman. She recommended me where to go for a great meal. The little town of Neo Klima is a very nice, quiet place. I highly recommend the accommodation.
