“Neo Klima stay”

Athina is absolutely lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is just what you need, in a fantastic location central to everything in Elios/Neo Klima and the island itself. Nice separate kitchen area and also a small balcony area, large enough for 2 to sit out and enjoy the view! The air-conditioning worked very well, which was welcomed with the very hot weather! The apartment was cleaned very regularly with bins emptied, and our sheets were changed 2 times during our stay. Thank you to Athina and the lovely cleaning lady.

Beautiful terrace, spacious and clean apartment and a very short walk from three beaches, including the beautiful Hovolo Beach. The host, Ms. Athina, was incredibly welcoming, lent us a book about the island and was very helpful throughout our stay. There is small a supermarket right next to the apartment where we were able to buy what we needed as well as a nice bakery and several good restaurants.

“Great stay in Skopelos”

The apartment is nicely located, very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island. At walking distance there are supermarket, bakeries and tavernas. The apartment has everything you need, also a small equipped kitchen. Athina is a great host, she welcomed us and our small dog warmly and brought us a fresh handmade lemonade. Every day she was taking care of the cleaning and when we left she baked for us a cake to take in our trip. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

“Beautiful stay”

The location, the comfortable apartment, the owner is very lovely, and she takes care of her guests. She and her husband met us in the Neo Klima town and led us to the apartment. It was beautiful stay

Mrs. Athina is very very polite to us and to all customers. Very customer-oriented. She is really very lovely and cares for everyhting. She asks everyday if everything is ok, gives good recommendations and is the perfect landlord. Everything was clean and nice. All the kitchen equipment on site. Nice view to the sea. Very close to the beach. The ombrella set costs 6 euros 2 seats and one ombrella on the beach for 6 Euros. This is a good price. The beach is really very very nice! Everyhging was perfect!! Thank you Athina for everything.

Mrs Athina was an excellent host ! A refreshment drink for welcoming us and a pot of honey for goodbye. Such a lovely attention ! The room was clean and very cosy. The place was quiet and Athina was very discreet and helpful. As a bonus : there is a supermarket right next door.
