“For every recommendation. Great vacation.”
The apartment is functional, has everything you need, extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. In the town itself there are several restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food, several mini markets, a pharmacy... a nice beach. The place is suitable for vacation and you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the smell of the pine forest. Nearby are the most beautiful beaches of Skopelos.

“Good choice on booking.com”
You’ll find it a pleasant place to stay on Skopelos island, just a 5min walk from a clean pebble-stone beach, as well as shops and restaurants. Apartment is clean and host Yiota makes her best to make visitors happy: good communication, welcome home-made liquor, water, good bye gift. We would come back in the future.

- A well-equipped spacious apartment - A careful host with perfect English - Several shops and restaurants nearby - A lovely bakery located some 50 meters far from the apartment - One of the most beautiful beaches in Skopelos within a short walking distance - There are plenty of other beaches close to the town

My partner and I had the best holiday! Yiota is so kind and welcoming! The island is very easy to get around, the bus is very cheap. The rooms are in an amazing location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a good mix of restaurants to chose from for dinner, BEAUTIFUL beaches, we will definitely be coming again. We loved it!

“Skopelos ist one of the most beautiful islands of Greece”
The apartment was very nice and clean, full with every comfort we needed. The check-in was perfect and we could also received the room a little bit in advance. The main beach is reachable by foot in 10 minutes, supermarkets in 5 minutes. The host is very gentle and helped us with every our request. She speaks also fluently english. We recommend this host to everyone decides to travel to Neo Klima.

“Good location in Skopelos”
Location was very good close to most important beaches in Skopelos. Also check-in/check-out was easy to be done since you could park the car just near the room and load/unload lagguage very fast. Staff was also friendly and helpfull.
