“Perfect villa with stunning garden & sea views”
Perfect friendly hosts Natalia & Igor contacted us before arrival with directions and met us at the villa. Provided welcome fruit, water & beer. The villa was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for bath, shower and beach. The villa is so well equipped for cooking in and a great outdoor BBQ. Very good WiFi signal and Netflix available. The air conditioning is included in the price and by duct so very efficient. The villa has the most wonderful views of the sea and the gardens are immaculate. The pool was kept very clean and received some welcoming shade so it was refreshing. There is a great shaded area on the terrace with soft lounge sofas which is very important when eating or taking a break from the sunshine. The gardens are mature which makes the villa private and no one is overlooking you. All throughout our stay the hosts checked up on us by WhatsApp to see if we needed anything and we’re enjoying our stay. We have visited this area many times the location is perfect, quiet but easy access to Latchi, Polis and Argaka by car. This was one of our favourite villas so far, thank you Natalia and Igor for hosting us and especially for letting us stay later on our last day!

The location of the villa is amazing, very near the beach. The villa inside is very clean, spacious and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you may need for perfect holidays. Exceptional sea view from the balcony and terrace. The pool and the garden are very beautiful, perfectly maintained and tidy. The host was very welcoming and helpful, made useful suggestions for things to do around the area and replied very quickly to all our questions and requests. We'll definitely come here again for a longer time period in the summer!
