house amenities are many. cleanliness is very good. good kotatsu and heaters. many short-stay guests so if you like to chitchat and make new friend, it will be very good and cozy.

We were the only ones there on that day so we had the common room to ourselves as well. The owner also explained all the rules in simple english! It was a comfortable stay to visit the most eastern part of Japan.

The rooms are spacious enough for two people and luggage and in case you share with a stranger there is a curtain you can close in the room. For the cold days, there is a heatable rug so your bed is nice and cosy. However, futon beds are definitely not for everyone, but that is nothing I blame on the guest house.

Traditional Japanese house. Warm welcoming house owner. Private room. It had everything a traveller would need. Definitely recommend.
