Perfect. We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms kept very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this place for a restful, relaxing experience after exploring the delights of Rome and surrounding areas.

We very much appreciated the warm hospitality and perfect professionalism of Giuseppe and Alessia. Everything is thought through and focused on the comfort and wellbeing of their guests - from the richness, diversity and home cooking of the breakfast, to the offering of local produce, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the rooftop terrace and beautiful garden. This is all complemented by a beautiful, peaceful location by Lake Nemi within easy distance of the cultural highlights of Rome.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view on the lake and a fantastic garden. Rooms are lovely, breakfast was really good with some homemade cakes baked by the host Alessia. Thank you Giuseppe and Alessia for this great stay at your B&B!

The view and aesthetics of the guesthouse are attractive to extend your stay. Giuseppe and Alessia are helpful and attentive to guests. Very tasty breakfast, including Alessia's pastries. Very pleasant to stay with them. In my opinion, a stay requires a car (about ten minutes from the town of Nemi). The stay and hospitality are very pleasant.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the warm welcome tranquility friendliness and all round high standard of the property. Lots of small details including home made cake, advice on where to go, history of the area and efforts to remember what we liked eg the type of coffee we each started the day with. The garden and grounds are well tended and the rooms comfortable clean with everything you need. We loved it here

“Relaxing stay”

Location, surroundings, views, beautiful relaxing room, delicious breakfast and friendly helpful hosts.

One thing we noticed right away was that the owners do everything out of genuine love for what they do. Even before we arrived, we received a WhatsApp message from them with clear instructions on how to access the parking and the room. The place is simple yet amazing, and the owners are always smiling and happy to help with any question. There’s no doubt that if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll choose to stay at this hotel.

I have written reviews on Booking.com for a decade now, and approaching triple digits, but hardly ever do I give a place a 10/10 (I tend to be the over-critical reviewer lowering the score). But il Lago di Nemi deserves it - the location, the environment, the room (and spotless cleanliness), the friendly host, and more (location deserves mentioning twice - see the view from the terrace). In addition, the breakfast was spectacular; one of the best continentals I have had, eaten in the shade on the aforementioned terrace. One of few times, in my experience, when reality matches what was promised...

The location is beautiful - near the lake, with a garden, though it was less colourful due to the season (February). Comfortable room, proper private parking at site, very nice breakfast, including homemade jam by the owner.

Location is stunning, as advertised. Rooftop terrace and beautiful gardens with plenty of seating. If you don't have a car, it's a strenuous hike up to Nemi - but Just-Eat will deliver ;-).

Our room was facing the lake. The view was really nice. The room was nicely decorated with modern and comfortable bathroom. Giuseppe gave us tips for visiting the area which was very helpful.
