I liked the most that the location actually wasn't that far from parking. I think we walked like 4 minutes. With 2 kids and big luggage, so ... very close, and the little one has 4 years. Then I liked that the rooms were very clean and cozy. And the host was very friendly and helpful. And what I also liked a lot is that the location is very very very close to everything that there is to see !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was quick, positive, and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped, easy self check in. Easy to park car in public parking.

The apartment is very well maintained. It feels totally new. Never met the host, but the communication via messenger was very good and clear. The main bedroom is huge, the bed is very comfortable. Windows are great and there is full light protection, so you can sleep very well. The location is perfect. At the heart of Nemi, next to beautiful shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend this place.

The location is great. Very easy to find and very easy to walk everywhere from the property.

I already wrote a review, which I will include at the end of this. Testament of how good it was I changed my plans and this was an extra night stay! -- · This space was so perfect in every possible sense of the word! The quality of the fittings were great, the locks and security made me feel safe (female traveller on my own and travelling with quite a bit of electronics!). The furnishings were stylish and good quality, the space was clean and it had everything you might need for a short break. The Wifi was also fabulous. The host was amazing and got in touch with me within the hour - it was a (literally!) last minute booking and they were able to give me access to the property within less than an hour of me booking.

The appartment is relly nice decorated nad well equiped. We really liked surrounding og the village. The big benefit is self check-in.

The accomodation was really comfortable and cosy as well, just few steps from the center. The host was really helpfull as we came sooner and we could have left our luggage there. We also appreciated the equipment and balcony.

“Authentic rustic property with clean modern facilities”

The property is very close to the centre of Nemi, which is great for restaurants, cafe bars, and shops. The scenery and views are spectacular close by. The property is very good with a small balcony to relax on during the evening. The host Horst is an excellent communicator, and so nothing is too hard to resolve.

The accommodation was spacious, immaculate and located a moments walk away from a good Taverna and the town centre. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc.
