I had a wonderful stay at Nikos’ apartment. Everything was simply perfect. Dimitris proved to be an excellent host: kind, precise, and always attentive to every detail. The instructions for arrival were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in completely smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and exactly as described. You can really tell that great care goes into maintaining it. A special touch that I truly appreciated was the thoughtful provision of basic items for a small breakfast — a simple gesture, but one that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, a great experience. Dimitris is a fantastic host and I would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Great apartment has everything one requires well located for wine region

Super clean and spacious appartment in the centre if Nemea. Plenty of snacks making us feel welcome. Great base for visiting Nemea wine region. Super easy to communicate with the owners. Will come back for sure!

“An enjoyable stay in a beautiful area.”

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. Also tastefully decorated. The location of the front door is on the Main Street next to a bread shop and a cafe. The apartment itself is quiet and has a balcony facing the evening sun with a roll down screen if shade is required. Good breakfast food provided. Two bottles of wine and decanters of home made liqueur were provide. There was a definite attention to detail and Nikos messaged us to check that there were no problems.

Friendly and warm welcome , with many granted comforts,, free and local products were present for free. Rooms are provided with everything necessary and useful for a successful stay. Everything is clean and well managed, you can find everything you need.

“High quality, good value apartments with an excellent host”

Very really well set out and well presented apartments (we had booked both apartments 2 + 3). The apartments felt very welcoming - as was Nikos the host who was both friendly and helpful. On his advice, we visited a local winery snd a local taverna - and we were very impressed with both. The apartments were spacious and even had balconies. As well as good bedrooms snd bathrooms, each had a fridge, coffee maker, cooker, kettle & even a washing machine that proved easy to use. The host had left a comprehensive range of items for our use: cake, milk for coffee, butter, cake, jam, wine and even a local wine liqueur. Easy parking was available on the street right outside. To be honest, if I owned apartments as nice and well provisioned as this, I would hesitate to rent them out to strangers!

We have never seen an apartment which is so perfectly equipped, even a first aid kit was there. Coffee, tea, wine, snacks, grapes... anything you can imagine. Furnished with style and good taste.

Lovely apartment, thoughtfully laid out with good attention to detail. Bed, sofas and seats on balcony were all very comfortable. Everything you might need is provided, including wine and snacks. Check in easy and host friendly and informative.

“Fabulous”

Property: Absolutely wonderful! It was immaculate. Quiet and private. It had everything we could have needed and more (including iron, washing machine, all kinds of toiletries, fully equipped kitchen). It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were welcomed with a whole tray of snacks and wine, and a fridge stocked with different kinds of juices drinks and (homemade) snacks. Location: Right in the centre of town, and a 15 minute walk from a couple of wineries offering tastings. It’s a great place to stay if you want to drink some delicious local wine without driving later. Host: Nikos is a wonderful host. He is very friendly and went out his way to meet us early and show us around. He gave us great tips about what to do and see in the area. His wife also makes amazing cake! Thank you again Nikos! Conclusion: We’ve stayed at 50+ accommodations in the last year and this is one of the top ones. In our opinion, it was excellent value for money.

OK supply for self-catering - and café and bakery nearby. Modern design. Fine balcony, not direct to main road. Airconditioning. Good hint about 17villages restaurant. We were there Thusday morning, where the whole town center was the market - interesting. The town is a common greek town without any special attractions.
