“Terrible,waste of time ,lack of communication and Trust”
We did not like anything there, i arrived at 17H00 to be told that ,they don't have a room for me. They said they told booking.com that they are fully booked but yet i didn't get that kind of information. I was tired from work and needed to rest ,and from 17H00 sitting in the car, they only sorted my room out by 20:10pm. I was also told that the money that was showing by booking.com,they don't have a room of that value,so they asked me to top up and i did casue i had no choice and noway to go as i was only in Nelspruit for work
