“Rude Staff_bad etiquette”

Staff was rude after i called cause the person i was booking for was told to pay a higher price than the one that was confirmed on booking.com, i thought it was a mistake and wanted to clarify... Lady raised her voice and asked me why would come without calling, it's not their responsibility to make sure that the price on booking.com corresponds with theirs. There was no electricity in the morning, no back up, had to chargw phone in the car. The was no tissue in the bathroom, had to go ask the staff in the morning. There was only 1 towel in the room

I like the loction , the space was open. They have 2 pools and its safe for children

The view outside, rooms comfortable and staff friendly

Me personally I liked everything net someone here is too picky
