Great front desk service. Room was good - had microwave and fridge which was nice. Able to walk to shops and restaurants..

Close to where we needed to go. Enjoyed the amenities. Staff was nice.

There wasn't much to like about the room, it was a micro room that would be small for a single person, no table or shelf to set stuff on only a tray on the microwave sitting on top of the fridge with the coffee perk and 2 cups on top. 5 steps from the doorway up into the room. A sliding door into the bathroom that kept sliding open, no closet, some coat hooks on then hallway, beside the stair well, very disapointing.

Location was excellent, walking distance to shopping mall with grocery store Save On Foods. Also short walk to a second grocery store Safeway and government liquor store. Nice having coffeemaker, microwave and small fridge. Was very nice that they upgraded me to a balcony king room. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view of the park and water.

Bed was uncomfortable and the train running through the back parking lot blowing the horn at 5am was enough.

Front desk staff was friendly, I could walk wherever I needed to go and the room was clean and comfortable

The hotel room and bathroom had everything you could need for setting up your room for being organized. There was also two chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy the view of the lake and the sailboats. Service was fast and friendly at the desk.The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee, dresser, shelves and a desk and a chair. Right by me beach, lake walking area and the mall.

Great location in town was not far from the main area with restaurants. Great value for the night as we were passing through.

“All aspects of our stay were smooth and felt well taken care of.”

The roof was being fixed on the building off the main property where our room was so we were upgraded to a room at the main building at the lakeside for same price. Our plans changed so was able to cancel our last night with no hassles when we first arrived. Also nice is to get a $10 coupon per person for use at the hotel restaurant if you decline daily cleaning. Didn't get a chance to use this time but last time had an excellent breakfast there. Also nice is the pool and hot tub.

Great stay! Clean, comfy, modern. Great view and spacious rooms and well equipped kitchenette. Fantastic location. 15 minute walk to down and great view over the lake and mountains
