Staff were very nice on the phone,but it still took 4 days of phone calls and emailing their requests, but they were all gunners, and it took to the day of check in to have it sorted for my wife as the booking was in her name . I will have second thoughts on using the booking agent if they are listed against any accommodation I search for in Nelson Bay.
